When I was very young, I would ask my mother to read me a story before going to bed every day. In this process, I learned a lot of words. When I first started teaching literacy in kindergarten, I was able to read newspapers and story books by myself! I still remember that my favorite books as a child were Different Ksenya Goryachova Camilla series, Xiao Bo series and Babu Engineer series. These story books taught me courage, integrity, honesty, love and help others.
As I grow older, I know more words and read more books, including popular science, stories, detectives and various children's masterpieces. Books have become my best friends. At school, I often read "Book Sea" books during recess and lunch break. Books have spent countless happy hours with me. I worked as a detective with Duoduo Mo, traveled around the world with Mr. Fogg for 80 days, and went into the mathematical world with Mr. Tang to explore mysteries ... Books enriched my knowledge and opened the door to my imagination.
Reading has become my favorite extracurricular activity and books have become my best friends. Mother said, "Reading is a spiritual journey." I must stick to the habit of reading and be a happy reader!
