"Integration of teaching and evaluation" is a clear and powerful measure to implement the training goal of core literacy, improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the evaluation reform. Teachers are the person in charge of the "last mile", and they are directly connected with the end users of all aspects of the curriculum education system-students. Teachers' understanding of the new curriculum standards and their grasp of teaching materials, teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching and evaluation methods are the most important links to determine what kind of courses students experience, and promoting the design of "integration of teaching and evaluation" is the key to ensure that teachers' teaching objectives, students' learning activities and students' learning results are highly consistent.
To implement the evaluation concept of "integration of teaching and evaluation" design, teachers should not only know what to teach and how to teach, but also know why to teach and how to evaluate, so that evaluation is no longer above or outside teaching, but embedded in teaching, so that what to teach, how to teach, what to learn, what to evaluate and how to evaluate reflect a high degree of consistency, making evaluation an organic part of teaching.
