Parallelogram and its nature teaching design
Reflections on the teaching of parallelogram and its properties in junior high school: parallelogram students have learned it in primary school, and it is relatively easy for students to understand and accept the related properties of parallelogram. In this class, I mainly let students use the knowledge of the nature of parallel lines and the congruence of triangles to express their findings in an orderly way, cultivate students' ability to explain their views from multiple angles, let students deeply understand and use the nature of parallelogram, and improve their mathematical ability. The main results are as follows:
1. Following students' cognitive law of learning mathematics, the contents of the textbook were reorganized and processed. From the introduction of triangles to the study of arbitrary quadrangles, the comparison was naturally made mainly from the sides, angles and diagonals. Does it look nice? Quadrilateral parallelogram.
2. The parallelogram inquiry activity in the textbook is completely open, which provides a stage for students to explore independently, creates a space for galloping thinking, stimulates the spark of students' thinking innovation, and cultivates their practical ability and language expression ability.
3. Explore the essence of parallelogram, start with the definition, emphasize the concept, reach the geometric language expression from the word list, pay attention to step by step, from the shallow to the deep.
Generally speaking, the classroom atmosphere of this class is active and basically achieves the expected teaching effect, but the language to guide students' thinking is not concise enough, the time is not well grasped and the classroom is not compact enough. Because the nature exploration part takes a lot of time, there is not enough time to practice. Students should be given more time to discuss and speak more when practicing. If you have enough time, students should sum up the content of this lesson by themselves, summarize the nature by edges and angles, and make charts for easy memory. All these need to be paid more attention to and constantly improved in future teaching.
