Each question is graded independently by two marking teachers and does not affect each other. Before marking the paper, each question will determine a scoring error value. If the scores of the two marking teachers exceed the error value, the computer will send the same part of the answer sheet to the third teacher for re-marking. Every marking teacher's marking situation, including the number of continuous marking and marking errors, will be recorded in the computer. After all the answers are graded, the computer will calculate the final score of each candidate.
