Special topics on wine tasting
When determining the quality of wine, it is generally through hiring a group of qualified sommeliers for tasting. After tasting the wine, each sommelier scores the classification indicators, and then adds them up to get the total score, thus judging the quality of the wine. The quality of wine grapes is directly related to the quality of wine, and the physical and chemical indexes of wine and wine grapes will reflect the quality of wine and grapes to some extent. Appendix 1 gives the evaluation results of some wines in a certain year, and Appendix 2 and Appendix 3 give the composition data of these wines and wine grapes in that year respectively. Please try to build a mathematical model to discuss the following questions:
1. Analysis attachment 1 Evaluation results of two groups of tasters. Is there any significant difference? Which group of results is more reliable?
2. According to the physical and chemical indexes of wine grapes and the quality of wine, these wine grapes were classified.
3. Analyze the relationship between physical and chemical indexes of wine grape and wine.
4. Analyze the influence of physical and chemical indexes of wine grapes and wine on the quality of wine, and demonstrate whether the physical and chemical indexes of wine grapes and wine can be used to evaluate the quality of wine.
