How to use multi-ray synchronous tracking measurement system?
Multi-frame X-ray synchronous tracking measurement system is usually used to measure the surface density of anode and cathode of lithium battery.

When used in the process of lithium electrodeposition, the former rack is placed in the conformal coating after unwinding and before coating, and the latter rack is placed outside the oven before winding, and the dried pole piece is tracked and measured at the same point along the measuring track of the former rack, and then the surface density of the latter rack is subtracted from the surface density of the former rack to obtain the surface density of the net coating amount. If it is a double-layer coater, three synchronous tracking and measuring systems can be used. The first frame is used for measuring base materials, the second frame is used for measuring single-sided pole pieces in the same track, and the third frame is used for measuring double-sided pole pieces in the same track. Finally, the net coating amount on one side and the net coating amount on both sides are calculated.
