There are 256 people who have crossed the ordinary high school line, and the general high rate is 84.2 1%. The results of all subjects are among the best in the city. If A is excellent, the city's excellent rate is 40%, and our school's excellent rate is over 75%. Above A+3 in the city is 20%, and all subjects in our school are above 40%. In the entrance examinations held by Raffles College and Raffles Girls' Middle School, two students of our school, Sang Sophie and Zhou Ran, made the list with excellent results. Our grade makes full use of the resource advantages of software and hardware, absorbs the work experience of previous graduating classes, and adjusts and formulates the work plan suitable for this graduating class according to its characteristics. It can be said that without the attention and correct management of school leaders, there would be no success in this year's senior high school entrance examination.

Second, the sincere unity of grade group teachers is the cornerstone of success.

Therefore, the determination and solution of difficulties as small as each class hour, and the teaching progress and ability goals as large as one month, one semester and one school year are all solved through collective lesson preparation. (3) Hold a good quality analysis meeting, adjust the training focus in time and improve the teaching methods.

During a school year, we carefully organized and held three large-scale quality analysis meetings, namely, the quality analysis meeting of the joint examination and mid-term examination of five schools, the quality analysis meeting of the examination in January and the quality analysis meeting of the examination in April. The focus of several meetings is not to commend the advanced, but to find problems, put forward problems and study countermeasures. It is precisely because of the constant discovery of problems that we can make continuous progress. We found the gap with the key schools in Wuchang District in the joint examination of five schools, and we rectified it in time. In the exam in January, we got the third place in the comprehensive score of Wuchang District. After the exam was adjusted in January, we summed up the victory in time and made progress. In April, our school was far ahead in Hongshan District. However, due to the ulterior examination reasons in some districts, the results of our school are not good in the whole city. After the exam adjustment in April, we correctly estimated the shortcomings in teaching and the actual ability of students, studied hard, built up confidence, and checked for missing parts. Results The senior high school entrance examination was among the best in the city.

The whole process of reviewing for the exam is the whole process of studying for the senior high school entrance examination. It is the cooperation and pertinence of the members of the preparation group that makes students review easily and efficiently and win the senior high school entrance examination.

Fourth, strengthening class management is the key to success.

In the aspect of class management, we should highlight the requirements of stratification and improve the overall quality of personnel.
