In XX, our city launched a new round of new curriculum reform of compulsory education. After a lapse of six years, the new curriculum reform in senior high school started in the autumn of XX, Hubei Province. Our city not only started at the same time as the whole province, but also should become the leader of the whole province. Curriculum reform in senior high school is the will of the state. The concept of lifelong education, the transformation from exam-oriented education to quality education and the cultivation of innovative talents call for the new curriculum reform in senior high schools. At the same time, the new curriculum reform in senior high school is an opportunity for the school to renew its concept, rebuild its system, rebuild its culture and adjust its interests. Theoretically speaking, it will not be too difficult to promote the new curriculum reform in senior high schools in our city, because we not only have a good basic education foundation, but also can learn from the experience of other provinces and cities. However, in fact, we still have many difficulties at present. In order to promote the curriculum reform of senior high schools in our region in an orderly manner, the following suggestions are put forward:
1, clear working ideas. The practical needs of exam-oriented education are still the core value orientation of current high school education. There are two major tasks in the on-site meeting held in xxx town today. First, a brief summary of the first round of experimental topics of the new curriculum established four years ago and the promotion of its results; The second is to hold an opening ceremony for the second round of experimental topics of the newly approved new curriculum and start the experimental work. This meeting is a link between the past and the future in the experimental work of primary schools in our county. It is also a training meeting for research work. There is only one purpose, that is, through the convening of this meeting, to further carry out the research work on the experimental topics of the new curriculum in primary schools in our county, give full play to its role in serving the "curriculum reform" and enhance the role of teachers.
Here I talk about two issues.
First, the basic situation of the first round of experimental topics in the new curriculum
Four years ago, the "curriculum reform" was launched in our county primary school. As an important part of the work of "curriculum reform", we held a special on-the-spot meeting of "curriculum reform" in Luotuoao Primary School, and officially started the first round of experimental research on the new curriculum of primary schools in our county. At that time, there were 18 projects, including 12 in townships and 6 in counties. Later, Sanlifan Town added two more projects after application, totaling 20 projects. The purpose of setting up these topics is to solve some common problems encountered in the implementation of the new curriculum. After 3 ~ 4 years of experimental research, the 17 project passed the appraisal and met the project conclusion standard, and 6 of them were rated as excellent projects. The conclusion shows that the first round of experimental work on the theme of the new curriculum is basically successful. Mainly reflected in the following aspects:
⒈ Solved some puzzles encountered in the implementation of new textbooks, and found a strong supporting force for "curriculum reform".
The implementation of the new curriculum is under the guidance of the new concept of "curriculum reform". For teachers, how to understand teaching materials, how to excavate teaching materials, how to design teaching and how to implement classroom teaching? It's all brand new. For these problems, teachers have explored and worked hard for four years by means of special research, and formed their own research results. So that they have different degrees of breakthrough. Sanliqiao Primary School in Fengshan Town has formed a teaching mode of "Walking into life, improving experience and self-construction" through the experiment of "Research on the teaching structure of new mathematics curriculum in primary schools", and An Baili Primary School has formed a teaching mode of "Walking into life, being close to society and being close to nature" through the research of "Students' learning evaluation of moral and life courses", and the ancestral Tanghe Primary School in Kuanghe Township has been formed. Dahean Primary School and Shengli Primary School formed a model of "camera cooperation and timely communication" through the study of students' "cooperation and communication" in the classroom teaching of the new curriculum in primary schools, and their achievements were conveyed to the whole province in the form of special topics by Hubei Education magazine. Sanlifan Primary School has formed a relatively systematic teaching mode of "teachers' moderate guidance and students' independent inquiry" through "how to make use of the characteristics of the new curriculum to carry out inquiry learning". Xxx Primary School and Baimiaohe Primary School have formed a three-dimensional evaluation and hierarchical evaluation model of "knowledge, ability and emotion" through the research of "new curriculum teaching evaluation of primary mathematics". Hanpoling Primary School in Jiuzihe, Lipodun Primary School in Daqi Township and Shengli Primary School have formed a teaching mode of "full autonomy, safe cooperation and innovation as far as possible" through the research of new curriculum teaching. These achievements have provided strong support for the implementation of the new curriculum in our county, and have become a beautiful landscape in the work of "curriculum reform" in our county, which has been affirmed by superiors and relevant departments.
3. A group of teaching backbones and "curriculum reform" activists have been trained, and a group of "leading" forces have been trained for "curriculum reform".
Through the project experiment, not only the problems encountered in the new curriculum are solved, but also the corresponding countermeasures and models are formed. At the same time, the project research fully shows its training function. In the first round of the project, teachers' professional quality has been improved to varying degrees, and a large number of teaching backbones have emerged, such as He He Tu of Fengshan, Xu He of Luotuo 'ao, Kuang Jiahui and Lan Zifen of Anbaili, Kuang He Zhang of Kuanghe, Huang Jinguo and Wang Fangyi of Dahe, Xu Aijun and Zhang Haiyan of Baimiao River and Yu Huimin of Jiuzihe. The success of the first round of the project mainly benefited from the usual management of the township teaching and research personnel and principals present here. The establishment and research of the project is not the facade decoration of the school, nor the evaluation and promotion of teachers. It is a process and way for us to find teaching rules and at the same time to develop and improve our professional quality in the search. Therefore, clarifying the function and purpose of research is the premise of doing a good job in education and scientific research. The summary of the project results depends not only on the usual accumulation, but also on the refinement at the end of the experimental period. After three years of research, I still can't draw the corresponding conclusions and answer the questions raised by the subject. Such a subject experiment is either unreal or imperfect. Therefore, we must pay attention to the usual accumulation, periodic summary, final refining and sorting out the research results.
The results of the project can't represent everything, and more important work is yet to come. It is necessary to spread the results and serve the follow-up teaching, so that it can become the "growth point" of teaching and the "catalyst" to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and thus the quality of teaching.
