Application conditions of "3+ certificate"

1. Residents with permanent residence in Guangdong Province who meet the following conditions can apply for registration.

(2) fresh graduates and previous graduates of secondary vocational schools (including vocational high schools, adult secondary schools and technical schools);

(3) Obtain a certificate of professional skills course (if there is no certificate when applying for the exam, you can apply for the exam first and then make up the exam);

(4) good health;

(5) Candidates whose high school accounts are moved from outside the province to our province shall comply with the provisions of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Qualification Examination of Senior High School Student Status and Household Registration Management in Strict General College Entrance Examination (Zhao Guangdong [2007] No.23 Document).

2. The following persons shall not apply:

(1) Ordinary high school students and recent and past graduates;

(2) Secondary vocational school students other than fresh graduates;

(3) Students in colleges and universities and adult colleges, and recent and past graduates;

(four) because of the violation of the criminal law by the relevant departments to take compulsory measures or is serving a sentence;

(5) Candidates with abnormal migration accounts.
