First, enter the waiting room.

1. Candidates enter the waiting room with admission tickets, ID cards and other documents (textbooks are allowed, and mobile phones are strictly prohibited).

2. Authentication and qualification examination. Check the candidate's admission ticket, ID card, household registration and other relationship certificates, original academic certificates or school certificates, as well as interview test sites, test time, study period, subjects and other information.

Second, enter the lesson preparation room

Textbooks and other materials are not allowed to be brought into the lesson preparation room. The preparation time in most areas is 30 minutes. In the exam preparation room, we can see the exam questions during the interview. If the time for preparing lessons in your area is less than 30 minutes, you can write short lesson plans.

Note: Candidates' information is not allowed to appear anywhere in the instructional design.

Third, enter the examination room

The content of teacher recruitment interview varies from region to region. In some places, lectures, trial lectures and defense were inspected. Today we will talk about the most tested trial.

Trial lecture (no students attend class), first of all, candidates start trial lecture (time 10- 15 minutes); The interviewer graded the candidates according to their performance. If the candidate tries to talk overtime, the examiner will prompt the candidate to finish the trial, and some areas will reply after the trial.

Defense: The interviewer will ask questions twice according to the content of the candidate's trial speech, and the time will be about five minutes. Examiners will grade candidates according to their performance. When the candidate answers, the examiner will prompt the candidate to end the interview and fill in the end time in the transcript. Candidates will give the lesson plan and demonstration plan to the examiner and leave the examination room.

Fourth, enter the waiting area.

The published scores can be published separately or by the owner. Candidates must check their information before signing. The score is calculated by removing the highest score and the lowest score and taking the average.
