Second, about doing practical and effective learning.
For a long time, there has been a prominent problem in primary and secondary school teaching in China: teachers teach hard, students learn painfully, teaching efficiency is very low, and students have not been properly developed. Classroom teaching is a serious waste, and the root of waste lies in teachers. The reason is that we haven't got rid of exam-oriented education and the old teaching concept can't adapt to the new curriculum reform. Teachers should change students' learning methods, guide students to learn effectively and change classroom situations, so as to achieve the most effective teaching. Therefore, we should study effectively in class.
Today, after listening to "Guidance on Effective Learning" by Director Song Dongsheng, I have a deeper understanding of effective learning. He pointed out the significance of teacher training from five aspects: strategization, institutionalization, specialization, standardization and standardization, and demanded that "five validities" be fully implemented in the new round of training: effective learning content (what to learn), effective learning guidance (how to learn), effective teaching mode (how to promote students' learning), effective learning evaluation (how to evaluate learning) and effective teaching research (how to learn for learning's sake). At the same time, he also emphasized the promotion of "four types of training": doing solid school-based training (guidance service), doing intensive training (relying on), doing solid distance training (relying on), and doing a good job of sending training and teaching (assisting).

Third, about studying textbooks.
When it comes to learning textbooks, I have a deep understanding, because the "understanding angle" of grade two did not study the textbook of Jiangsu Education Edition well before, which led to diagonal understanding focusing on the size of comparative angle. I deeply remember President Chen Gang's comments on the class: Only by studying the textbook carefully and seeing the proportion of each example in the textbook can we effectively grasp the key points of teaching. This shows the significance of research textbooks for front-line teachers' teaching.
How will we grasp new ideas and new teaching materials? Are you familiar with it? Do you understand? This has undoubtedly become the most basic problem that teachers should solve first. While combing and thinking about these problems and puzzles, I think that "studying teaching materials" is of great practical significance for deepening the reform of mathematics teaching and cultivating young teachers to grow up rapidly in the curriculum reform. With these questions, I listened to Mr. Huang Weiliang's lecture on "Curriculum Reform and Textbook Revision in Micro-vision" all afternoon. Teacher Huang explained the revised contents of the textbook to us through wonderful language and typical cases, which made us have a deeper understanding of the textbooks published by Jiangsu Education. Finally, he warned us to pay attention to several perspectives when interpreting textbooks: to explore the deep reasons behind content selection, to sort out the logical clues of knowledge development, to try to explain from different angles, to find differences in similarities, to find connections in different middle schools, and most importantly, to have our own ideas.
Applause broke out from time to time in Mr. Huang's lecture. I believe that every student can attach importance to the study of textbooks in the future, so as to find the core idea of mathematics and grasp the essence of mathematics.
A day's study is short, but a day's harvest is substantial. The experts' explanations are full of educational wisdom, which enriches our knowledge, especially rekindles our learning motivation and points out the direction for our professional growth.
