(1) designed the project scheme and made a feasible research plan. Consult a large number of documents, grasp the research situation about the influence of individual differences of students on learning mathematics at home and abroad, determine the research topic, design the research plan, modify and demonstrate the research plan under the guidance of scientific theory, focus on discussing and formulating the feasible research plan, and make the research of the topic have a clear goal. (2) Establish a research group to make the research in a scientific and standardized organization and management. Divide the members of the research group into three groups, and clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of the members of the research group. Formulate the phased plan of the research group. Improve the research system and organizational discipline, including theoretical learning system, training system, research system and file management system. (3) Conduct a preliminary investigation, revise and improve the questionnaire according to the survey results, and further clarify the research ideas and objectives.
2. The implementation stage of the study. Timetable: 2010.9—2011.6.
(1) Design a questionnaire about students' interest and ability in mathematics learning. The three groups conducted a questionnaire survey among the students in the experimental class, and obtained a lot of real first-hand information. (2) Organize the members of the research group to make careful statistics on the questionnaire survey data, focus on the differences, analyze the current situation, study the reasons, and form a comprehensive and detailed analysis. According to the analysis report, determine the grouping of students in the experimental class. Students are divided into three groups: good, medium and poor, with 6 people in each group and 2 people in each category. Grouping is relative, not static. (3) Using the action research method, on the one hand, the members of the research group should carry out classroom teaching practice, write special papers and accumulate typical research cases according to the specific problems studied. On the other hand, through open classes, seminars, exchange of teaching experience, "heterogeneous teaching design competition observation" and other activities, problems are found and experimental schemes are adjusted.
3. Achievement formation stage. Timetable: 2011.7—2012.3.
(1) collate the experimental data and materials, and evaluate the experimental effect. (2) Organize excellent teaching designs, teaching plans and case series, and write experimental teaching and research papers. (3) Complete the experimental research report. (4) Hold project exhibitions to show and report the experimental results. (5) Complete the research report and make full preparations for the identification of the subject.
