Mathematical bulletin manuscript query
Until 1966, the Institute of Mathematics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences received a large number of manuscripts studying the problem of "angle trisection" every year. Later, the institute had to publish a notice in the national authoritative magazine "Mathematical Bulletin": you can't draw any angle with a ruler. This proposition has also been proved impossible by mathematician Galois with modern algebra and group theory.
