There are the following differences between vocational college entrance examination and ordinary college entrance examination:
First, the identity groups of applicants are different: the candidates for vocational college entrance examination are mainly third-year students or previous graduates of secondary vocational and technical schools such as vocational high schools and technical secondary schools. Ordinary college entrance examination candidates are mainly senior high school students.
Second, the application conditions are different: to apply for the vocational college entrance examination, you need to obtain a computer certificate or an English certificate issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, or any one of the three certificates of professional skills course examination certificate issued by the provincial education examination institute. Ordinary college entrance examination doesn't need any certificates.
Third, the examination subjects are different: the vocational college entrance examination subjects are Chinese, mathematics and English respectively. Each subject 150, with a total score of 450. The general college entrance examination subjects are language English+liberal arts or language English+science.
Fourth, the test difficulty is different: the vocational college entrance examination mainly tests the basics and basic applications, the simplest language, numbers and English. The general college entrance examination is the basis, basic application and compound application of the examination. It is more difficult.
