Interview method: The interview method is lecture, which mainly examines the candidates' abilities and qualities in terms of teachers' basic literacy, professional knowledge of post disciplines, language expression, gfd, and teaching trial level (all candidates participate in the interview in Putonghua).

Interview topics are organized by the county education and sports bureau before the interview, and all topics are listed in chapters and class hours according to the designated teaching materials. During the interview, the first candidate in each subject was randomly selected.

The evaluation criteria for lectures in various disciplines are uniformly formulated by the county education and sports bureau, announced before the interview, and collected by candidates when they report. At the beginning of preparing for the interview, the teaching materials for preparing for the interview are provided by the county education and sports bureau (candidates do not need to bring their own, and the preparation time is 60 minutes). The designated textbooks for each subject are as follows (all the existing primary school textbooks in our county are adopted):

Art subject in primary school: art textbook for grade five (published by People's Fine Arts Publishing House, 20 13 edition)

Primary school physical education subject: the fourth grade physical education textbook (PEP, approved by the National Primary and Secondary School Textbook Examination and Approval Committee 200 1).

Primary school English subject: English textbook for grade five. (New Standard English Grade Three Chen Lin Edition [revised by Ministry of Education 20 13], Press: FLTRP).

Primary school information technology subject: fifth grade information technology textbook (edited by Sichuan Institute of Educational Sciences and published by Sichuan Education Press, 2nd edition, 20 12, 12).

Music subjects in primary schools: music textbooks for the fifth grade (Press: People's Music Publishing House, 20 1 1 version).

The interview time for each candidate is 10 minute, and the full score of the interview is 100 (the preparation of lessons is not graded, and the interview results are subject to the candidates' lecture performance).

Candidates receive interview notice and interview instructions from the Personnel and Teacher Training Unit of Gaoxian Education and Sports Bureau when they report for duty and review their qualifications.
