Investigation report on classroom teaching

Since the curriculum reform, "creating situations and stimulating interest" has become a beautiful landscape in primary school mathematics classroom. The following is the research report of classroom teaching I collected, I hope it will help you!

Classroom teaching research report This semester, the primary school of our school carried out classroom teaching research activities with the theme of "going deep into the countryside, ensuring the balanced development of teachers' professional quality and strengthening the effectiveness of classroom teaching". Under the unified leadership of the school, the primary school has taught and guided 42 village primary schools in 8 units. Through going deep into the countryside, we have more thoughts: over the years, teachers have put forward new ideas to guide primary school classroom teaching with curriculum standards, and primary school mathematics classroom teaching has undergone great changes. Teachers are really trying to change their teaching methods and constantly improve students' learning methods, and the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom teaching has been significantly improved. Mainly reflected in the following aspects:

First, create an effective situation to stimulate students' interest in learning

Since the curriculum reform, "creating situations and stimulating interest" has become a beautiful landscape in primary school mathematics classroom. In rural classrooms, most teachers can create some effective, novel, thoughtful and challenging classroom learning situations according to students' cognitive rules and teaching contents, which will open our eyes. For example, Yu Yanhua, a teacher from Taiji Town Central School, took the second-grade class "Direction and Route" and created a life situation in the lead-in part. Replace the scene in the book with the scene in the campus. Put the picture and ask: What do you think this place is? Learn to identify eight directions centered on the campus flower bed. Through the creation of this situation, students can see photos on campus, stimulate interest and develop imagination, and lay the foundation for effective learning of Eight Roads.

Second, focus on effective operation to stimulate students' potential creativity

Practical operation can cultivate students' ability to explore actively, and stimulate students' potential creativity through practical activities such as observation, experiment, operation, imagination, simulation, design and thinking. Teachers should attach great importance to students' practical activities of understanding new knowledge, and let students transform abstract knowledge into sensible content with their hands, mouths and brains. For example, the third-grade "One Score" class attended by Mr. Lu of Taiji Town Central School allows students to operate by hands. Through activities such as trying, folding, drawing, cutting and drawing, they have a preliminary understanding of the concept of scores, which embodies the thinking method of combining numbers and shapes, allowing each student to experience the process and experience success, which not only cultivates students' hands-on operation ability, but also further develops students' abstract thinking.

Third, pay attention to effective learning methods and experience success and happiness.

Educator Suhomlinski said: "There is a deep-rooted need in people's hearts, that is, to become a discoverer, researcher and explorer. This demand is particularly strong in the world of children. " Children have an innate and self-centered inquiry activity, and their understanding of objective reality comes from external inquiry activities. So let students explore new knowledge by exploring learning methods. In the new curriculum standards, we should pay attention to cultivating students' abilities of independent inquiry, independent learning, cooperative communication and independent thinking, and adopt effective learning methods in the process of independent inquiry learning to deepen students' knowledge and understanding. For example, Liu Xingge, the central school of Taiji Town, has a teaching style. In the fifth grade "pass rate" class, he followed a children's song "It is actually very simple to ask for the pass rate. The denominator is always * * *, the numerator is qualified and the result is a percentage. " Change the single and passive learning mode of students in the past, guide students to solve problems through cooperative learning, exchange and discussion, independently explore the attendance rate, germination rate and flour yield according to the second children's song, and experience happiness and gain knowledge in thinking.

Fourthly, proper use of multimedia courseware can improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.

Going to the village to attend classes, I listened to ordinary classes. But teachers can try their best to change the traditional teaching methods and learning methods. Using multimedia teaching courseware, the content of classroom teaching is organically integrated with information technology to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and create a harmonious learning situation for students through multimedia audio and video images. With the help of the external form of situation, mobilize students' non-intellectual factors to participate in learning activities. For example, Liu Liu Xue Mei, a teacher from Taiji Town Central School, can effectively guide students to use multimedia information technology, let them shop on the computer, and understand the relationship between the money they should pay and the money they should recover. It is very effective, and it is achieved that "there is a law in teaching, but there is no fixed law, and it is important to get the law".

Although some teachers' teaching strategies are too old and rigid, what deserves our consideration is that their hearts are sincere. They don't want to go anywhere in their lives, but they want to dedicate their lives to the village. However, I have never been anywhere in my life, and there are few opportunities to study abroad. The arrival of the teaching and research staff excited them a lot, and they felt really kind, bitter and sweet in innocence. It can be said that some teachers fail to grasp the new concept of curriculum reform, pay attention to form and ignore essence. There are many new problems and puzzles that restrict classroom efficiency and affect teaching quality. Practically speaking, there are many problems:

1. Some classroom teaching contents are limited by mechanical situations and are far-fetched in connection with real life. As a result, precious time is wasted and students' real understanding of mathematics knowledge is hindered.

2. Teachers don't have enough research on textbooks, and their ideas are too casual, so they can't grasp the intention of compiling textbooks well.

3. In some teachers' classes, students' group learning is a mere formality without substantial cooperation, and cooperation is a mere formality without substance: the communication between students is reactive and passive, without equal communication and deep communication and collision;

4. In some teachers' classes, they are too eager for modern means, and some teachers spend a lot of time carefully making courseware, but the results have little effect.

5. The design of classroom exercises lacks hierarchy and interest. Single form. The promotion and expansion of knowledge is not in place.

6. Some teachers' excessive presuppositions in the classroom occupy the time and space of generation. On the surface, teaching is organized, but in essence it is traditional teacher-centered, lacking students' independent thinking, active interaction and cooperative exploration.

7. Some teachers lack the ability to deal with new problems in the classroom, the teaching language is not accurate enough, and they lack humorous, standardized and concise language.

8. As can be seen from the classroom teaching, teachers usually don't like teaching and research, and lack the awareness of scientific research and research.

9. The unit test papers in normal colleges can't be used in time, let alone the research test papers, which ignores the testing and affects the effective teaching.

Summary:

In short, through in-depth research activities in small villages, we have strengthened that the effectiveness of classroom teaching is the life of classroom teaching. It is our responsibility to explore and establish harmonious and effective classroom teaching methods. Only by continuous reflection can we make the double-base training more solid, the teaching capacity thicker, the students' thinking more active, the teaching methods more flexible and the classroom teaching more effective.
