Campus Scenery (20 sheets) The Institute of Physical Education now has three departments: Physical Education Department, Social Sports Department and Sports Art Department, and two centers: public sports training and testing center and sports experiment center. There are 94 faculty members, including 8 professors, 26 associate professors, 3 doctoral students, 42 master students and 293 full-time students. The optimal allocation of teaching resources can fully meet the needs of specialty, discipline development and teaching and scientific research. The sports center in the new campus of the university has a construction area of 7 1 1,000 square meters, including large stadiums, gymnasiums, swimming pools, comprehensive teaching and training halls, teaching buildings and other facilities, which will be put into use soon. Students' professional practice ability is outstanding. Cheerleading, aerobics, sports dance, wooden team and basketball team have achieved good results many times in various competitions at home and abroad. The proportion of students taking postgraduate entrance examination, studying abroad and obtaining high-quality employment is increasing year by year, and the efficiency and reputation of running a school are constantly improving. In 2009, 82 graduates took the postgraduate entrance examination and 65 were admitted. Dong became the only overseas youth volunteer from China in our school and went to Liberia to coach the national table tennis team.
