? Seed class is a kind of class that plays a cornerstone and bridge role in a certain part of knowledge framework, a certain teaching material or a certain unit. The growth class also refers to the class where students can transfer their knowledge according to what they have learned before after learning the seed class, so as to discover, explore and solve problems independently in the process of autonomous learning. If the growth class is to be good, or students want to learn new knowledge mainly by self-exploration, the seed class should not only be good and thorough, but also exercise the ability that students need in the later growth class. In the process of reading this book, I read my notes and got the following insights for the time being:
? First, the seed class is the foundation of the growth class, and the growth class puts forward specific requirements for the seed class.
? In the process of reading, I have been thinking about whether there is anything in this textbook that conforms to what the teacher said. Finally, it suddenly occurred to me that the first unit of this semester, "Preliminary Understanding of Multiplication", is also like this. The meaning of multiplication refers to how many identical numbers are added, or "how many numbers are added". Students should not only know the meaning of each number in each part of the multiplication formula, but also know how to get the formula according to the meaning of the question or the picture. Therefore, in order to achieve this requirement, we must fully infiltrate the lesson of "finding the sum of several identical addends" from the beginning. As shown in the figure below:
In this picture, students will learn how to list addition formulas from different angles, that is, there are three 5s in the horizontal direction, which are listed as 5+5+5; The vertical direction is five 3s, and the formula is 3+3+3+3+3. In the future, when learning how to write multiplication formulas, students can better understand how the formulas come from and why one formula can express two meanings. Then, when formally learning the meaning of multiplication formula, the teacher only needs to take a multiplication formula as an example, explain it with the above picture, and then let the students list it.
Second, the emphasis of seed class and growth class is different, and each class should have new content.
? Teacher Yu Zhiqiang wrote a sentence in the book: "It is very humanized to give children a little freshness in each class." This sentence can be said to be enlightening, which not only reminds me of interesting teaching activities in teaching design, but also reminds me that although the seed class is the frontier center of the growth class, the growth class is not just a simple self-study and review. The growth class should also have its own emphasis and be interesting, which can make students concentrate on the subject and arouse their enthusiasm to the maximum extent. For example, after I finish the seed class, I will hold a competition in class, so that students can draw pictures according to the meaning of the questions and list the formula: 15 is divided into five parts on average. How much is each part? Students will know how to average points with 15 circle and list the division formula. When the students finish, please ask a classmate to read the answer aloud. Do four such exercises in one class. If you can do them all well, you can avoid doing your homework at night. In this way, not only can all students use their brains and experience the process of thinking, but also the reward of not doing homework can make students concentrate in class and maximize the classroom effect. After all, it is better to spend more time after class.
? In other words, I talked about a starting formula that can express two meanings in the growth class. In class, I asked the students to PK in class: in pairs, one of them listed a division formula and asked the other to say two meanings that this formula could express. If you can say it right, you will pass the exam. If you make a mistake, you will be deducted one point, and each person will get three points altogether, so as not to be deducted before class. In this way, students' enthusiasm and competitive psychology are also mobilized. When they take exams with each other, they will definitely not let water go, and the fighting party must also concentrate, so that they can study and the effect will be better.
? Seed class and growth class are the relationship between trunk and branch. Only when the seed class is well taught can the trunk be established. But before the lecture, we must lay a solid foundation for some abilities and foundations that students need to master in the growth class. The two are external and interrelated, and the seed class can take root in the students' hearts.
