Private Yangpu Kaihui Junior High School is a private junior high school sponsored by Kaicheng Group Company and Shi Hui Education Development Company, and assisted by Yangpu Senior High School. Its board of directors is composed of three parties. The chairman of Education Development Company is the honorary chairman, and the chairman of Kaicheng Group Company, Comrade He, is the chairman, former principal and legal representative.
