Teachers' development is a process of realizing teachers' life value, and it is also a process of constantly improving spiritual pursuit, improving professional ethics, mastering educational laws, expanding subject knowledge, strengthening professional skills and improving education and teaching level on the basis of fully understanding the significance of education. Below I have compiled a personal development plan for primary school math teachers, hoping to help you.
First, the reality analysis:
In September of 200X, I became a glorious primary school people's teacher, and it has been 6 years since then. In these six years, I have been undertaking the task of mathematics teaching in middle and senior grades, and I also served as the head teacher last year. Looking back on six years, I have mixed feelings along the way with a flick of my finger. There are joys of success, tears of failure, contradictions and setbacks of choice. It is not easy to keep this position. As a young teacher, I am energetic and inexperienced; Some are bold, but what they lack is experience; Have a plenty of persistence, lack of toughness; Have a plenty of courage, lack is steady. Between gains and losses, I learned to reflect and learn to be calm. Compared with many teachers, I am lucky. As a graduate of the first primary education major, I have an advantage in the accumulation of educational theory. After four years of professional study, we are more mature and rational. However, it is precisely because of four years of study that we lack practical experience compared with teachers of the same age. How to grow up quickly in a short time, practice basic teaching skills and give full play to one's theoretical advantages to carry out research has become the most concerned issue at the beginning. After three years of accumulation, with the concern of leaders and peer teachers, I gradually got some opportunities to participate in some competitions and exhibitions. Grinding class? In middle school, I tried new methods, learned new ideas and had some ideas of my own. Of course, I also took many detours, gained a more objective understanding of my strengths and weaknesses in teaching, and tried to form my own teaching style. Especially in the last two years, I have benefited a lot from the experience of several municipal open classes. I not only got the guidance of many experts and leaders, but also learned a lot from other teachers. In order to give full play to my theoretical advantages, I am also keen on research and thinking, constantly writing papers and cases. In recent years, dozens of articles have won awards or been published, and the topic selection of master's thesis has passed smoothly. I am conducting phased research and practice.
Today, six years later, looking back on my short but rich teaching experience, I strongly feel that I still have a lot to be improved:
First, the study of teaching methods needs to broaden our horizons and carry out more meaningful practice.
Second, the theoretical study is not in place, and the theoretical level needs to be raised to a higher level.
Third, theory is divorced from reality, and educational thoughts cannot be integrated into daily teaching.
Second, the short-term goal planning:
It is a blessing in life to take part in the study of the backbone classes of primary school mathematics, listen to the wonderful reports of many famous experts and scholars, and discuss with a group of outstanding backbone teachers who are interested in research. During the one-year study, I hope I can develop in the following aspects:
1, the improvement of teaching skills is mainly to grasp teaching materials scientifically, enrich teaching methods and promote students to learn the law.
2. The study of teaching theory is mainly about learning curriculum standards, running through the connection and deeply understanding the connotation.
3, teaching practice and research, mainly around a theme, to carry out comparative experiments, theory to guide practice.
Third, the specific implementation plan:
Around the above three goals, the following scheme is formulated. I hope that through the implementation of these programs, I can improve my theoretical and practical level and really embark on the road of research-oriented teachers.
1, cultivate enterprising spirit and persistent quality. It is not easy to be a research teacher. The difficulties encountered along the way can be imagined. In the process of research and practice, I first ask myself to do it well from beginning to end, and I can't give up halfway. Whether I succeed or fail, I will stick to it and can't give up.
2. Take more research classes at school. There are limited opportunities for district and municipal public exhibition classes, but as long as you want to do research, you don't have to stick to the number of opportunities. In the usual teaching, it is most beneficial for students to carry out research in home cooking classes. Accumulated a lot, the home class has been trained to a higher level, and the open class competition class can better grasp the opportunity.
3. Reflect on your own research in the usual teaching. This semester, my research topic is "Research on Students' Reading Ability and Learning Effectiveness". In daily teaching, I will try my best to create opportunities for students to read and feel in each class and improve their reading ability. And supplement extracurricular reading materials after class to broaden students' horizons and increase reading volume; Hold regular reading exchange meetings to exchange students' reading experience and improve students' reading reflection ability.
4. Write relevant papers and reports in combination with your own research process. When doing research, you must have a sense of accumulation. In the process of research, we should spare no effort to record both successful experiences and failed lessons in words. And in the process of thesis writing, I will promote myself to constantly find problems, think positively and promote the research process.
The charm of mathematics lies in promoting the development of people's thinking, so how lucky you are to be a math teacher! Einstein said:? There are only two things in life, developing mathematics and teaching mathematics. ? I can't be as great as him, but I am willing to make progress with this sentence as the goal.
