This semester, I adapt to the requirements of teaching in the new period, study the new curriculum standards seriously, pay attention to exchange teaching methods and strategies with the teachers of our teaching and research group, make a teaching plan according to the actual situation of our school and the students' learning situation, and implement it as planned. Make the teaching work planned, organized and step by step. Based on the present and looking forward to the future, in order to make greater progress in the future work, this semester's teaching work is summarized as follows, hoping to carry forward the advantages, overcome the disadvantages, sum up the experimental lessons, carry forward the past and make the teaching work by going up one flight of stairs.
First, focus on collective lesson preparation.
This semester, our teachers' offices are allocated according to the teaching and research group, which is conducive to the exchange of teaching methods, strategies and ideas among teachers of the same grade and with the teaching and research group. Problems in teaching can be discussed and solved in the first time, and good teaching ideas and methods can be exchanged in time, which will make our teaching more orderly. In preparing lessons, according to the content of teaching materials and students' reality, we design course types, draw up teaching methods, record the procedures and time arrangement of teaching process in detail, and carefully compile teaching plans. Every class should be "prepared", and every class should be fully prepared before class, making all kinds of interesting teaching AIDS and courseware to attract students' attention. After class, we should sum up this lesson in time, write about the feelings after teaching, and carefully collect and summarize the information related to knowledge points.
Second, the use of network resources for learning
Now there are computers in the office and at home, so I pay great attention to studying with computers. I am good at collecting all kinds of teaching information from the internet in teaching and research classes. For example, in the teaching process of "Cognition Circle", I watched many teaching designs, courseware and lectures published on the Internet, and also watched the videos of online demonstration classes, and designed my teaching plans and courseware according to the specific conditions of students in my class. The students in the class have a strong interest, express their opinions and are highly motivated, and have received good teaching results. At the same time, I pay attention to enhancing class skills, improving teaching quality, explaining clearly, accurately and methodically, with clear clues, distinct levels and conciseness. There are also some problems in the classroom. In the future, we should strengthen the communication between teachers and students, make the language more passionate and let students learn easily and happily.
Third, carefully correct homework.
Homework should be arranged and checked; Targeted and hierarchical. In order to do this, I often collect information from teaching AIDS purchased by students themselves. Sometimes I go online to see the types of other teachers' homework in the same period and screen all kinds of auxiliary materials to make every exercise have the greatest effect. Put forward different requirements for underachievers and arrange problems that meet their actual level. Correcting students' homework in time and seriously, analyzing and recording students' homework, classifying and summarizing the problems that students have in the process of homework, making a thorough evaluation, and improving teaching methods in time according to the relevant situation, so as to be targeted.
Fourth, hierarchical teaching, do a good job of after-school counseling.
Ten fingers are still of different lengths, not to mention students with different personalities from different families. Their learning abilities, methods and attitudes are different. They are conscious, lazy, smart and stupid. In this semester's teaching, I pay special attention to hierarchical teaching. After class, students at different levels should be given corresponding counseling to meet the needs of students at different levels, avoid the disadvantages of one size fits all, and at the same time increase the counseling efforts for underachievers. Counseling for underachievers is not limited to learning knowledge, but more importantly, learning ideas. To improve the performance of underachievers, we must first solve their problems, make them realize the importance and necessity of learning, and make them interested in learning. We should stimulate their thirst for knowledge and self-motivation through various channels, and let them realize that learning is not a task, nor a substitute for teachers and parents, but for themselves. On this basis, teach them to learn methods, improve their skills, and do a good job in checking and filling gaps. Underachievers usually have a poor foundation and many knowledge gaps, so we should pay special attention to make up lessons for them and make up the knowledge gaps they have learned before, so that they will learn easily and make rapid progress, and their interest in knowledge and thirst for knowledge will also increase. In addition, because of poor study habits, parents lack necessary supervision and guidance for their children due to various reasons such as work, which makes children accustomed to freedom and laziness for a long time and forms bad habits. I wrote my homework, but it was sloppy. More seriously, I often write less and don't do my homework. So I often go to these lazy and careless children's homes to visit them and ask parents to help educate their children.
Fifth, actively promote quality education.
The current examination mode is still relatively traditional, which determines that teachers' teaching mode should stay at the level of exam-oriented education. To this end, I pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability in teaching, combine imparting knowledge and skills with developing intelligence and ability, inject factors of ideological and emotional education into the knowledge level, give play to students' innovative consciousness and ability, and effectively develop and cultivate students' various qualities.
Sixth, pay close attention to the style of study
I am the head teacher of the class I teach. Students pay more attention to this subject and attend classes seriously. Most students can concentrate on the lecture and finish their homework after class. However, a considerable number of students are afraid of being scolded by the class teacher, afraid to ask the teacher about the problems in their studies, and afraid to find someone else to copy their homework by mistake, which seriously affects the improvement of their grades. In this regard, I am very concerned about the style of study, advocating a serious and realistic style of study in my class and severely criticizing plagiarism. The unit test adopts the strategy of "single person, single table", which makes students feel that plagiarism is hopeless, and they will ask the teacher if they have any questions in their studies. Underachievers have poor foundation and poor exam results, and some students often fail. I look for poor students to understand the reasons. Some of them are not interested, so I will tell them the importance of learning mathematics and tell them some interesting math stories to improve their interest. Some of them don't study hard. I will encourage them after criticizing them, set them learning goals, and urge and help them at all times. Some students have a bad foundation, hold a broken mind, or feel inferior and have stage fright during the exam, so I will help them find out their own learning methods, analyze the reasons, encourage them not to be afraid of failure, give themselves confidence, and ask more questions at ordinary times. At the same time, I will praise them in time as long as there is progress, even if it is small. After a semester, most students have made progress, but there are still repetitions. I will continue to educate and guide them and allow students to be repetitive in their behavior.
VII. Contact information of family and school
For the education of students, teachers' unilateral efforts are not enough. This semester, I pay more attention to home visits than before. I will often visit their home on weekends and at noon to learn about their study and life at home and correct problems in time. Schools and families will work together to educate students. Keep in touch with parents. If you don't do your homework sometimes, you must make it up at school. Even if you ask other students to write to your parents to deliver meals, you should do your homework well. Through a period of hard work, some students have completely got rid of the habit of not doing homework, and some students have repeated behaviors. During this time, I also found that underachievers sometimes have their helplessness without doing their homework. For example, English asks them to write antonyms and tenses, but they really don't know how to write them, because they can't even say the 26 letters clearly, which sometimes makes the teacher very helpless.
Generally speaking, there are gains and losses in teaching this semester. I will regard "gain" as my own wealth, and strive to improve "loss" in future teaching, and strive to make teaching better.
