This year's senior three college entrance examination is on June 7, 2023.
The national unified entrance examination for colleges and universities, referred to as "College Entrance Examination" for short, is a selective examination for qualified high school graduates from China and Chinese mainland or candidates with equivalent academic qualifications.
Ordinary colleges and universities, according to the scores of candidates, according to the established enrollment plan, comprehensively measure morality, intelligence and physical fitness, and select the best candidates. The college entrance examination is arranged by the Ministry of Education, and the examination questions are ordered by the examination center of the Ministry of Education or the provincial education examination institutes that implement independent propositions.
The examination date is June 7th and 8th every year (including June 9th in some areas). If the names of examination subjects in all provinces and cities are the same as those in the national unified examination subjects, they must be consistent with the national unified examination timetable.
College entrance examination is not the only way for China citizens to obtain diplomas, but also the national unified entrance examination for adult colleges and the self-study examination for higher education, all of which are recognized by the state.
The Ministry of Education stipulates that the following four categories of personnel are not allowed to register for the general college entrance examination:
1, students with higher education in institutions of higher learning.
2. Non-fresh graduates of high schools forge fresh graduates.
3. Being taken compulsory measures by the relevant departments or serving a sentence for violating the criminal law.
4. Students with no student status and incomplete files.
