I study economics, and my classmates are basically mixed with arts and sciences. Economic mathematics is not difficult. As long as you know a few mathematical concepts, you can understand the classic theory of Confucianism, and you don't need to master higher calculation skills, mathematical thinking and a lot of calculations.
Economics is an idea, unlike a discipline, which focuses on understanding and rational application. Accurate calculation is meaningless, and good fitting is not necessarily meaningful. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with liberal arts students.
