All the teachers and students in Grade 9 of No.1 Middle School will continue to uphold the spirit of hard work, courage and fearlessness, unite as one, forge ahead and create greater glories. Second, the basic situation:

1. Basic information of students: the ninth grade has been adjusted from five classes in the eighth grade to seven teaching classes, with students ***30 1 person. Judging from the current situation, students have good behavior norms, high learning enthusiasm, strong self-control ability and obedience to management. However, their learning attitude needs further adjustment. Study habits need to be further improved.

2. Teachers' situation: President Yin and the leaders of the school committee are far-sighted, and based on the principle of "being able to go to the top, being flat, giving way", they have carefully selected 28 teachers who are qualified for the ninth grade teaching tasks, including 2 county teaching experts and 1 academic leaders, among whom Li Xiaoou, Zhu, and Zhao are also responsible for the academic teaching and research tasks of our school. All 28 teachers have many years of teaching experience in graduating classes, and they are very responsible and enterprising. In addition, the seven class teachers in charge of class management are experienced and well managed, such as Tian Yujie, Gao Huixing and Chang Tao. They are close to students and have a tight grasp of time. They can rely on Zhang Gang, Fan Lianfeng and Liu Zhenhua. The unprecedented strengthening of the class management team provides a powerful management guarantee for comprehensively improving the quality of education and teaching.

Three. Work measures and plans:

1, lesson preparation: with the help of the east wind of teaching and research in the town university and the advantages of the lesson preparation group in our school, we should strengthen the quality consciousness, actively optimize the classroom teaching structure, give full play to the collective wisdom and play a good team battle. The lesson preparation of all disciplines should be based on the principle of "unified requirements, unified lesson preparation, unified progress and unified examination", with complementary advantages and sharing teaching resources.

2, student discipline management: the implementation of all-round seamless management, from students getting up in the morning, to three meals a day, late, and then to students sleeping, dormitory discipline management. All of them are supervised and managed by the class teacher. Our school arranges two class teachers to be on duty all day. Grasping discipline issues together and unified management provide a strong discipline guarantee for ensuring teaching order.

3. Students' ideological work: the class teacher and the classroom teacher share the responsibility and take a two-pronged approach. Class teachers use evening self-study and other floating time to talk and communicate with students at different levels, talk about the situation, make demands, encourage more, and mobilize students' learning enthusiasm. We adopt the teacher-student system to master students' learning situation. Chinese, math and English teachers are responsible for the ideological work of three students in each class, physics and chemistry teachers are responsible for two students in each class, and each teacher in other subjects is responsible for each class 1 student.
