I searched online for processes, topics, grading standards, summed up the routine of formatting questions and answers, and reviewed the simple knowledge points of high school.
procedure
Wait in the waiting room, check your identity, pack your luggage, and go to the topic extraction room to extract the topic. You will get a printed paper with the knowledge points to be talked about, that is, the content of the lecture. It may be a piece of paper copied from a textbook, or it may be other topics. The lesson preparation room will write the lesson plan in 20 minutes and write it down step by step according to the format. You can search the format yourself. There are many kinds on the internet, and you can also find the format in the written test subjects.
After entering the examination room to prepare for the exam, the exam is divided into three rounds. The first round, formatted question and answer, the teacher draws questions from the computer question bank and answers them. The second round, the trial lecture, is also the most important part. According to your own teaching plan, it takes about ten minutes and can be finished early. In the third round, the teacher asked questions randomly to see the temporary reaction of the candidates. May ask all kinds of questions.
Examination day
I went to Meixihu Middle School in Changjun County in the morning.
I went with some classmates, got up at six and didn't have breakfast. I thought there was a breakfast shop around the school, so I had to get in early, so I hurried there. After listening to the topic, I am glad that I didn't get the topic of current politics. Maybe I sat in the waiting room for too long and lost my state. I can't remember the standardized template at the moment, so I still have to bite the bullet and answer. A few seconds after the teacher finished reading the question, I began to answer. Although I forgot the template, I vaguely remembered what questions I wanted to ask the teacher, so I answered them. I completely forgot what the second question the teacher just read was.

In fact, the examiner's smile means that this happened to several candidates before me, and the examiner read the topic again. The examiner has a little dialect, not Changsha dialect, which sounds a bit awkward, but fortunately I can understand it. There is such a rule when searching for points online. Pay attention to the order of knowledge explanation when giving lectures. Just like me, I will introduce what students have learned before. Third round, defense.
After being stopped, I officially entered the defense, and I answered two questions. The teacher showed them the live reaction at random. The teacher sitting on the left asks questions first, probably about whether there is a problem with the definition of the maximum value I wrote on the blackboard.
To tell the truth, in the lesson preparation room, I realized that I wanted to say the definition of maximum, but I couldn't find a standard definition in my mind, so I sorted out the definition of maximum in my own language. Of course, when a real teacher talks about definitions in class, I sometimes express definitions in my own language. I thought about the knowledge of high school, and thought that I had no problem with the definition of maximum, so I wrote it on the blackboard. When the teacher asked me this question, I paused and read my definition on the blackboard again. I don't see anything wrong.

In fact, this topic was thrown by me when I was directing and acting, so that students could answer questions. One student answered that the maximum and minimum extreme value is the maximum value, and the other student said it was incomplete. When I reflected on the whole function, I realized. I understand that the teacher asked me to make up for the painting part I didn't finish in the trial. In this part, I made a careful plan and successfully completed the answer.
Although the content of the exam seems to be completed, the teacher will not grade it on the computer at this time. In other words, a secret investigation is also under way.
