The first link of teaching and research is two demonstration classes brought by Daxue Road Primary School teacher and Shengli Experimental School tian teacher. Teacher Chen Wenjuan followed the teaching method of running in small steps, and naturally brought the children into the world of years, months, months, years and days with stories, memory methods of reaching out and bones, and quick answering games. Teacher Chen also considered the differences of different children and designed corresponding exercises. Tian teacher and the children in Class 5 (1) explore the methods of multiplying scores together as friends. His kind and natural teaching attitude, children's bold exploration of learning energy and free and open learning atmosphere all made the teachers present full of praise for him.
The second part of the activity is the speeches of two teachers. Teacher Chen Wenjuan modestly revealed her design intention and shortcomings. Tian teacher used her unique humor, combined with this presentation class, to share with you the research results of the number sense of the fifth grade preparation group.
Next, the teachers of the three schools are divided into three groups to discuss and report according to the middle, low and high levels. Teachers express their opinions in this session, and put forward their own affirmation and suggestions for the two courses without reservation. At the end of the activity, Mr. Zhang Ke made a concluding speech. First of all, Mr. Zhang spoke highly of the two teachers' "outstanding goals, reasonable design and proper implementation". The teacher's classic class schedule was performed very well and the teacher's class was very open and free. Next, Mr. Zhang talked about his unique views from the essence of teaching materials and mathematics. Finally, he put forward some views on the study of number sense: the victory experiment cultivates the number sense in the calculation class for a long time, guides students to use various algorithms, and helps children understand the meaning of numbers in the process.
Although the networking activities are over, the teachers in the three schools are still wanting more. Everyone got more inspiration from teachers' lectures and speeches in different schools. We also hope to have more opportunities for teachers to broaden their horizons and learn from each other in the future.
