In order to further improve the classroom teaching level of mathematics teachers in our school and give full play to the leading role of backbone teachers, a seminar on heterogeneous classroom teaching in the same classroom was successfully held in the afternoon of June 65438+February 65438+February 20. All the members of Chang Studio, all the math teachers of Yinxing South School and Jian 'an Primary School, and the teachers' representatives of Tangyin Brothers School participated in the activity.

This kind of activity is presented in the form of "heterogeneous in the same class". Director Yoko of Jian 'an Primary School and teacher Gu Jingjing of Yinxing South School are teaching the first volume of Tree Planting in Grade Five. The two teachers have different styles, but they both have the wonderful idea of "reaching the same goal by different routes". Both teachers pay attention to the foundation of knowledge and interest, and the infiltration of mathematical thoughts makes mathematical problems come alive.

Zhang's class "Simple Atmosphere" embodies three characteristics: introducing "fast" and "interesting"; Exploring "slowness" and "transparency"; Practice "essence" and "living". In the whole class, fully let students learn independently, cooperate and communicate, and pay attention to children's language expression ability, which can not only make students understand the difficulties in place, but also inspire students' thinking.

Teacher Gu's class Humor, Humor makes students think through three games, which fully embodies the concept of "smart learning, smart games and smart life" in our school. The selection of materials for the whole class comes from the familiar campus life of students, so that children can further understand the close relationship between mathematics and life.

After observing the class, the two teachers respectively expounded their own teaching design ideas and the implementation of classroom teaching. All the teachers attending the meeting exchanged their views on this course. Everyone has their own opinions and speaks freely. The whole activity ended in a warm and harmonious atmosphere, and the teachers who participated in it benefited a lot. Participants said that they would bring the harvest of the activity back to the school to share with teachers, and continue to carry out classroom teaching research to create their own charming classroom.

Finally, President Chang commented on this seminar. President Chang fully affirmed the careful preparation of the two teachers before class, the brainstorming of their respective lesson preparation teams and the repeated polishing in class. Then, according to the highlights and shortcomings of the two classes, combined with classroom examples, some suggestions and opinions are given. In particular, it is suggested that teachers should be encouraged to actively undertake research tasks, constantly hone and improve their professional quality, and some guiding suggestions are given for classroom questioning and teachers' language, which has benefited all teachers attending the meeting.
