Classroom teaching reform has become the spontaneous pursuit of educators. Zhu Yongxin, the former mayor of Suzhou, now a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and vice chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party Central Committee, initiated a new educational experiment that swept across the country. His "four major projects" and "six major educational actions" are well received by basic educators and attract many applicants. Dulangkou model and its nine paradigms are pushing the curriculum reform to the deep water area. Its rapid development and wide range of influence have become a beautiful landscape of basic education in China. Due to the decline in the quality of students in our school, the teaching quality has been seriously challenged, and more and more teachers' teaching methods have not adapted to the current students. Therefore, we decided to implement the "three-assistance" ecological classroom research, so that teachers and students can enjoy a happy classroom life in a good educational ecology and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of classroom teaching. By comparing the experimental class with the non-experimental class, this paper explores new ways of classroom teaching reform by means of questionnaire survey between teachers and students, individual interviews and quality analysis.
First, the "three help" ecological classroom basic understanding and operational strategies
(A) Basic understanding
1. Ecological classroom
According to the viewpoint of ecological balance and co-evolution of life system, ecological classroom conforms to students' "natural growth" and meets the needs of teachers and students' life growth. By constructing a balanced, cooperative and harmonious teaching environment, it promotes the ideal classroom teaching situation in which students' "natural growth" and teachers' "encouragement" are organically combined.
2. Three-aid type
Classroom teaching is mainly accomplished through students' self-help learning, students' mutual learning and teachers' assistance, which gives students the initiative in learning and fully mobilizes their initiative and enthusiasm in learning.
The "three-assistance" ecological classroom aims to create a free and relaxed learning atmosphere, follow the teaching rules, improve students' interest in learning, cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and scientific research cooperation ability, and improve students' learning quality and comprehensive quality.
(2) Operation strategy
The operating strategies of the "Three Helps" ecological classroom are as follows:
1. Team cooperation: adhere to the principle of "heterogeneity within a group, homogeneity among groups", set up teams in various disciplines, and draw up team evaluation criteria.
2. Tutoring plan: Teachers need to design teaching plans before class to guide students to learn by themselves and each other, including six parts: self-help learning, mutual learning, classroom inquiry, classroom test, practical thinking and after-class reflection.
3. Innovate classroom culture: class training, class objectives, class songs, class slogans, group names, slogans, student aphorisms, bookcases, etc.
4. Teaching process:
The teaching process of "three-assistance" ecological classroom is "336 mode", that is, three-assistance, three-investigation and six-step.
(1) Student self-help-check. Students learn by themselves according to the teacher's guidance plan or the preview homework assigned by the teacher, and independently complete the learning of teaching tasks according to their own learning foundation and learning ability, which belongs to prospective learning and forms a basic understanding of textbook knowledge. The group leader will check the self-study and collect and sort out the questions.
(2) Students help each other-check. According to the learning situation of the students in the group, the leader of the study group organized a group to study the problems existing in self-help learning, so as to achieve the goal of teaching, leading and Qiang Bing. The team leader communicates the inspection situation, shows the inspection situation in class and compares it.
(3) Teachers' help-three inspections. In the teaching process, teachers give appropriate guidance and help to the difficult and error-prone points according to the demonstration of the learning situation of each learning group, and guide students to complete their learning tasks. Teachers use classroom exercises to check students' mastery.
Six steps. Namely, creating a scene and importing a target; Help each other learn and master the goals; Group presentation and goal analysis; It is difficult to explore and expand the goal; Teachers guide and consolidate goals; Practice reaching the standard and detecting the target.
Second, the "three help" ecological classroom research strategies
(A) teaching reform planning-incentives
It should be a very important thing for schools to carry out curriculum reform, especially the new teaching mode reform. Leaders should think twice before acting and form * * * knowledge within the team. The school has carefully analyzed the current trend of education reform, the current situation of teachers, students and classroom teaching, made up its mind to carry out experiments, formulated the basic ideas of experiments, formulated the teachers of experimental classes, and made clear the tasks and requirements of experiments.
(B) the atmosphere of curriculum reform-heartbeat
In order to prevent teachers from being suddenly moved and feeling passive, we should first learn advanced experience and make good preparations: distribute learning materials for curriculum reform, broadcast teaching videos of various subjects in Dulangkou Middle School, and go to Longsheng Junior Middle School in Qijiang to study, exchange feelings and hold meetings and discussions. Through various forms to create an atmosphere of curriculum reform, teachers feel magical and fresh, have the impulse to experiment, and lay a good public opinion foundation for the experiment.
(C) curriculum reform is difficult to break the ice-action
Participated in the Chongqing planning project "Study on Ecological Teaching Practice in Primary and Secondary Schools" undertaken by District Teachers College, and combined with the classroom teaching reform in schools, with "individual self-help, students' mutual assistance and teachers' help" as the starting point, cultivated students' autonomous learning ability and cooperative communication ability. First try in Class 4, Class 3, Grade 201/KLOC-0, gain experience, and then expand the experimental class.
(D) the establishment of a support platform-rhythm
In order to carry out the research according to law, the school reformed the classroom teaching experiment, created conditions and built a platform.
1. Organize the whole school meeting and grade meeting, organize teachers to learn ecological teaching theory, form * * * knowledge, gather the whole school's strength to conduct collective research and explore new classroom teaching modes.
2. Collective observation of political learning. All teaching and research groups are required to take research classes in the whole group, introduce subject courses that can reflect the concept of ecological teaching, give lectures on the spot, observe and discuss.
3. To undertake the "Three Helps" ecological classroom on-site meeting. The physical and chemical group of the school and the district teaching and research staff put forward the "three-help" ecological classroom of "self-help, student assistance and teacher assistance", and the teaching effect is good. On this basis, the "Three Helps" physical ecology classroom teaching site meeting was held in the whole region, and * * * received more than 50 teachers and researchers inside and outside the region. 4. Open a second classroom. Since 2009, we have opened the second class in the afternoon. There are 22 clubs, such as shooting, archery, chess, basketball, table tennis, labor, information technology, art and so on. Students freely choose and actively participate, and the school presents a vibrant and energetic ecological scene.
5. Open the reading room. In order to broaden students' horizons and strengthen their cultural accomplishment, the school built an open reading room for students on 20 10 and subscribed to more than 50 newspapers and magazines. The reading room is managed by the students themselves and freely enters and exits, which greatly mobilizes the students' reading passion.
Third, the "three help" ecological classroom research effect analysis
After several years of research, we tracked the teaching effect of the experimental class and analyzed the relevant data, and reached the following conclusions:
(A) Analysis of changes in performance

Performance analysis: Since the classroom teaching reform experiment, the experimental performance has been greatly improved, from the seventh place in the whole region to the fifth place in the second and third day of junior high school. The data shows that classroom teaching has not reduced the overall test scores of grades, but has improved the overall scores, and the research has achieved initial results.
(B) Comparison of experimental class results

Results Analysis: The results of the experimental class improved greatly, especially in Class Three. The scores of 1 class and class 2 who did not participate in the experiment decreased most obviously, and those of other classes except class 8 decreased more. The data shows that the "three-aid" ecological teaching experiment has improved the test scores of students in the experimental class, and the comparison between the experimental class and the non-experimental class is obvious.
(C) Comparison of graduate students' evaluation of teaching
On the eve of graduation, students evaluate the teaching of teachers in all subjects, with an index of 10 and a total score of 100.
Results Analysis: The students in the experimental class have almost no negative evaluation of teachers, and the recognition rate of teachers is close to 100%. Students in non-experimental classes have more negative comments on teachers, and the proportion below the passing line is larger. Among them, 1 class, class 6 and class 7 are the most serious. After investigation, it is found that the relationship between teachers and students in non-experimental classes is tense and the opposition is serious. The results of class 8 joint recruitment are relatively stable, but students' evaluation of teachers is not high. However, students in the experimental class have a high positive evaluation of teachers, and the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious.
The change of teachers
Since the "three-assistance" ecological teaching experiment, young teachers and experimental teachers in our school have grown rapidly, their teaching concepts have been updated and their teaching skills have been greatly improved. Show in:
1. Competition activities
In the district-level competition, all the participating disciplines entered the finals (half of the 28 schools in the preliminary round were eliminated), and 9 disciplines won 6 first prizes. Except for history and art, all other subjects are teachers who have worked for three years, and the math teacher has just worked for two months. 2. Teachers' sense of success is enhanced.
Ecological classroom teaching experiment has changed teachers' teaching concept, improved teachers' teaching ability, greatly improved teachers' happiness index and enhanced teachers' professional efficacy. The new teacher is full of confidence. Yan Na, a Chinese teacher with four years' teaching experience, said: Ecological teaching experiment, devolving power, liberating teachers, enhancing students' sense of ownership, and earnestly achieving "soldiers in Qiang Bing, soldiers in teaching, soldiers in training", in fact, teaching is very easy. Tang Jianjun, a physics teacher with three years' teaching experience, said: The second day of junior high school goes to class to enjoy, not to rest, but to teach easily and to get satisfied with the exam.
The old teacher is full of energy. Teacher Dai Maoping, who has been teaching English for 25 years, said: I am happy when the students in the ecological class are happy. I think this teaching is good. No matter what others do, I will stick to it anyway. Students' evaluation of Mr. Dai: attending her class is enjoyment, and being her student is happiness.
Fourth, the basic conclusions of the "Three Helps" ecological classroom research
"Three Help" ecological classroom can improve students' academic performance. Under the same circumstances, compared with the non-experimental class, the experimental class rose, while the latter fell. Self-help, helping students and teachers, student-oriented, harmonious relationship between teachers and students, students' positive evaluation of teachers, and teachers' happiness index has been significantly improved. In the process of learning, students' personality can be publicized, their vitality can be released, they feel relaxed, happy and happy, and their oral expression ability, autonomous learning ability and cooperative inquiry ability are obviously improved, showing strong self-confidence and courage, which fully shows their youth and vitality.
It is true that "three-assistance" ecological teaching experiment, as a classroom teaching paradigm, needs to be improved. We will conduct in-depth research, strengthen practical verification and make new contributions to improving the quality of classroom teaching.
