On the morning of June 5438+February 1 1, 2020, I investigated four math classes in Fumin No.1 Middle School with my teacher Liu Zhiyi. For me, this classroom survey is not only the guidance and help for young teachers, but also a rare opportunity to study in Fumin No.1 Middle School.

There are two math classes in Grade Three, one is Class Five in Grade Three, and the topic is "Proportional Theorem of Parallel Lines and Its Inference". The teacher is Zhang Huifeng. The other section is Class 2, Grade 3, and the topic is "Graphic Similarity". The teacher is Chen.

The two teachers have obvious teaching characteristics and outstanding highlights: 1. The two teachers are generous and natural in teaching attitude, solid in teaching basic skills and fully prepared before class. 2. The classroom organization is active and effective, the classroom implementation is loose, and the time rhythm is well controlled. 3. Teachers have affinity in teaching, are good at mobilizing and organizing students, and pay attention to each student's study.

Disadvantages: the depth of the textbook is not enough, which makes it impossible to break through the difficulties. This is a common problem among young teachers. It is hoped that the preparation group will strengthen consultation, and experienced old teachers will pay more attention to and help the growing young teachers.

The first two classes have their own advantages. One is Class Two, Grade One, and the topic is "Comparison and Operation of Line Segments", which is taught by Professor Wang Bo; The other section is Class 16, Senior One, and the topic is "Unit 4 Comprehensive Examination Paper Review". The teachers in the class are great.

The two classes belong to the same grade, which reflects the great difference between the young math teacher who just joined the job and the mature middle-aged math teacher. After class with a good teacher, the class organization is effective, paying attention to students' differences and actual needs, with strong teaching ability and good learning effect. Teacher Wang's class is immature in both classroom teaching and classroom organization. Teachers' basic teaching skills need to be strengthened urgently, and the classroom management is loose, so it is impossible to schedule and control the classroom in time. Here, I suggest that Mr. Wang learn more from teachers of the same grade, improve his teaching ability in an all-round way, and let himself mature as soon as possible.
