How to build a scholarly campus
How to promote the construction of scholarly campus? You can start from the following aspects:

The first is the environment and atmosphere. We know that a good atmosphere is still very important in doing anything. In many schools, as soon as you enter the gate, you can see such aphorisms as "a person's spiritual development history is his reading history", "Have you read today" and "Reading makes teachers and students spirit up". Create the overall atmosphere of the campus through the layout of the environment. Many schools, even a flower, a grass and a tree give it poems, and the reading atmosphere of the whole school is very good. Therefore, in the process of promoting reading, it is still very important to create an environmental atmosphere.

The second is the material carrier. Let every teacher and student have their own bookshelf or library, and everyone should have some books they like, which will accompany us all our lives. Every class should have bookcases, and schools can be equipped with good books. If the school doesn't have that much money to buy, students are encouraged to bring two good books on this shelf and change them once a month. On the one hand, students' bookshelves are gradually formed. Students bring two books a month to enrich this bookshelf, change it and let them share with you. In addition, you can also set up a grade bookstore. After class, you can read in this square at noon and go home at night. You can also take books from the school book square and go home to read them.

The third is activity. It is very important to engage in activities to promote children's reading. Stimulate students' love for books through activities. For example, in a school in Ningbo, there is an activity called moving relay. Every student and teacher recommended a book that touched him, wrote down why this book touched me, and then donated it to the school. The school has made a long corridor to display these books, and any teacher and student can read any book on the shelf at will. What is the purpose of these activities? Is to promote reading. And invite writers to the school, so that writers and students face to face. Flea book fair, theme reading, etc., all kinds of activities are colorful. As for reading, as long as you put your heart into it, you will think of many ways. Wonderful reading creates wonderful life.

The fourth is the tissue carrier. Reading also requires various organizations, such as school reading clubs and reading clubs. Let teachers and students form such a team by themselves. There is no need to force every teacher to attend the reading club and sign up voluntarily, but a contract must be signed when signing up. In other words, to participate in the reading club, you must know what your rights, responsibilities and obligations are, how many books to read every month, and make a personal plan before you are eligible to participate in the teacher reading club. Of course he has the right to get the books given to him by the school for free. Teachers who don't attend the reading club can't get books. There is a book "Child Development" in our recommended bibliography, which is a very good book and the best teaching material about children. But this book is not very easy to read. Why? A thousand pages. There was a school reading party, and everyone took a chapter to exchange reading, and a semester was over. In this way, every teacher will read a chapter carefully and communicate, so that he will know what the main content of this book is, and he will know all the most wonderful fragments. It's convenient to go back and study again. The way of collective reading plays a great role in mobilizing teachers' enthusiasm and cohesion. Sometimes we read a book alone, and if we can't stand it, we don't read it, but when you want to talk, we must read a lot. If you really read with your heart, you will understand. Usually I'm not interested, but when you want to write a paper and actually read it, you find that you can read it. People who didn't have time in the past can study because of pressure. Therefore, reading salons and reading clubs are all good organizational forms. In a word, the construction of scholarly campus still needs the power of administrative and informal organizations to promote it.

The fifth is the classroom. We know that reading into textbooks is very important. At present, under our curriculum system, if there is no special reading class, it is very unfavorable for the development of reading skills and the cultivation of reading habits. For example, fast reading, when we need fast reading, we can easily finish reading a book in one day, because he has the skills of fast reading. Some books need intensive reading, some books need quick reading, some books need quick reading, and some books need intensive reading. I think all these can be solved through the classroom, so we should play the role of Chinese teachers, for example, through reading classes to promote reading. Of course, reading is not only Chinese, but also science, and reading guidance of science books is also very important. Teachers of other disciplines in many of our schools, especially mathematics, have done very wonderful math reading in some schools. After reading a lot of math books, the students wrote a beautiful math diary.

The sixth is evaluation. How to evaluate reading effectively is also very important. For example, many of our schools select reading stars, and he will be excited because of a star. For example, in order to promote reading, many schools in our country have chosen scholarly classes. The brand of the scholarly class is mobile, with only one or two in each grade. You can promote reading by competing for this scholarly class. Including scholarly families, many schools are now promoting parent-child activities so that mothers and children can study together, which is very important for the growth of students. Parent-child reading has been promoted in many of our experimental schools. I think the effect is very good, which promotes the learning of many families, and the learning of parents will also promote the learning of children.
