Two days ago, in the afternoon, our school organized a math teacher to attend a math class in xx primary school, and there were activities to attend classes. In this kind of study, I have a different feeling about mathematics teaching, unlike my rigid teaching in the classroom before, but a more dynamic classroom, which makes me feel the teacher's experience in teaching, his control of the classroom and his understanding of the students.

My previous math teaching was based on my lesson preparation process. According to my class style, I didn't care about students' classroom feelings, but just instilled the contents of books into their minds. However, this way does great harm to students' thinking and discourages their enthusiasm for learning. This observation and study makes me feel that there is still such a way in teaching. As teachers, we need to learn different methods so that students can absorb new knowledge more easily and have innovative thinking to solve problems.

In my opinion, learning mathematics is to endure boredom and have fun in learning, but not every student is interested in learning, they are more interested in fresh and lively things. Under such conditions, we should also create an environment suitable for their study, so that students can understand and like mathematics.

Everyone has different views on how to learn mathematics, but now the mathematics learned by primary school students is the simplest content, and it is time to cultivate students' interest. Of course, boring recitation and forced preaching are not pleasing, and it is more important to learn and use them flexibly. In this way, different situations are created to arouse students' curiosity with vivid language, so that students can participate in classroom discussions with what they have learned and understand the significance of learning mathematics. Learning math well is not only for us to get high marks in exams, in fact, math also occupies a large part of our lives, but we usually don't care.

At the same time, what teachers should do in teaching is not only to let students know why, but also to let students know why, not to solve problems mechanically, but what is the way to solve them. Such innovative thinking is particularly important for us students. At the same time, after the content of the textbook is finished, the content to be reviewed can be arranged from the shallow to the deep, which can broaden the students' ideological depth, and at the same time understand that learning is not a simple matter, there are simple topics and difficult topics.

Through this observation and study, I found new teaching methods, and also understood that what is suitable for students is the best. They are the main part of students' learning process, and the result of our teaching still depends on how much students have learned. In my future work, I will gradually change teaching methods, pay attention to students' ideas and make better teaching plans.
