For a long time, in the process of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools, the requirements of "preaching, teaching and dispelling doubts" have been emphasized, the presupposition and closure have been overemphasized, and the "teacher-centered theory" has been adhered to, thus making classroom teaching mechanical, boring and stylized, lacking vitality and fun, challenging wisdom and stimulating curiosity, making the vitality of teachers and students not fully exerted in the classroom, leading to zero or even negative effects in classroom teaching. The research on the effectiveness of classroom teaching is to use the research results of modern pedagogy and psychology according to the requirements of curriculum standards, emphasize the interaction between teachers and students, pay attention to the communication between teachers and students, and attach importance to the dynamic information exchange between teachers and students, so as to form a real "learning style" with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of * * * knowing, * * being happy and * * *. The reform of junior high school English curriculum is mainly to let students learn English in the process of experience, participation and research, to maximize the participation of students, and to let students learn to use language, obtain information and exchange thoughts and feelings while mastering language knowledge. However, due to the pressure of examination and evaluation methods, classroom teaching mainly focuses on teachers explaining vocabulary and grammar knowledge, ignoring the cultivation of students' ability to extract information, process information, analyze problems and solve problems. This single, full-time teaching method and passive learning method make it difficult for students to form comprehensive language application ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, to develop students' thinking ability, problem analysis and problem solving ability, and to meet students' different development needs and personality development needs. In view of these problems, English teachers, as the main body of implementing the new curriculum reform, should change the current teaching mode in time and carry out effective English classroom teaching. Let me talk about some of my practices in English classroom teaching practice. Under the classroom teaching reform in our school, our school has identified three basic classes, namely "preview class, presentation class and feedback detection class". Preview is the most critical link in the whole teaching. For the seventh grade English of People's Education Edition, we always design six classes, of which preview accounts for three classes, presentation accounts for one class and feedback detection accounts for one class. First, the key to the preview course is to design and implement the counseling plan. I think we should start from the following aspects. (1) Pre-school preparation (pre-class preparation): including words, phrases and sentence patterns. If necessary, add some grammar knowledge and explanations of knowledge points. (2) Inquiry activities (preview before class): This part involves the application of words, phrases and sentence patterns in this class. For example, complete sentences, English-Chinese translation, sentence pattern conversion, etc. according to the meaning and the first letter. Teacher-student cooperation is the part of answering questions. First, students ask questions and solve them themselves. After the teacher asks questions, the students answer first. If the students don't understand or understand, the teacher will explain. (D) Application and expansion This part can be designed by written expression, with the purpose of applying and sublimating the knowledge in the classroom. The final learning experience should also be done well: let students write down their own gains, experiences and lessons. To tell the truth, the study plan comes from the textbook, but it is higher than the textbook. It embodies the wisdom and hard work of teachers. "It is not easy to complete a study plan, and it is even more difficult to do it well."

Use of study plan: On the first day, it will be distributed to students as homework. The next day, if you have time, put it away for inspection and modify it all in batches. In class, focus on the key points, difficulties, doubts and mistakes. Homecoming, don't talk, resolutely don't talk. If you don't have time, you can play the role of a study group, which is checked by the group leader and reported to solve the problem in class. Most of our English classes are in the morning, which is suitable for group inspection. We should give full play to the role of group leader. There are three points to be grasped in the preview class: first, clear teaching objectives, highlight key points and break through difficulties. We will have a teaching task to complete in each class. This task comes from the teaching materials, and we can't stick to the teaching materials at the same time. In the teaching process, we need the joint efforts of teachers and students to improve students' knowledge, skills and values, so as to improve their comprehensive quality. For key points, you can add bullets when writing on the blackboard; For difficult points, it can stimulate students' thirst for knowledge. We need to complete the teaching and infiltration of mathematical thinking methods. Second: Rational use of modern teaching methods According to the teaching characteristics of mathematics, courseware is not required in every class, but in the case that, for example, thinking in images cannot be achieved intuitively, or spatial imagination is not easy to achieve, with the help of multimedia, everything is no longer so mysterious, but gives people a more intuitive feeling, so that students can see the ins and outs of knowledge at a glance. Multimedia teaching can improve students' interest in learning, reduce teachers' task of writing on the blackboard, and even speed up teaching progress; However, it also has insurmountable shortcomings, that is to say, multimedia is often like showing a movie, and its completion will not be as complete as our blackboard, nor can it always be displayed on the same screen, so it is difficult for students to read the whole classroom teaching content coherently. Third, give full play to students' main role and arouse their learning enthusiasm. In order to complete an effective classroom, we must take students as the main body and let students give full play to the role of masters in the classroom. Give students back their time, remind them in time when necessary, and don't deviate from the theme of the class. Generally, two-thirds of the time in class belongs to students. In class, let students learn to do it by themselves, use their brains, discuss in groups, and practice inter-group competitions. , can enliven the classroom atmosphere, improve students' interest and confidence in learning, and let students experience the fun of learning a bumper harvest. Students' thinking itself is a resource pool, and students often come up with good methods that teachers can't expect. In this way, the distance between students and teachers will get closer and closer, not only knowledge, but also the relationship between teachers and students will get better and better. Second, the exhibition class should fully stimulate students' spiritual wisdom and independent exploration and creativity. "Exploration makes people smart, and exhibition makes people confident" In the exhibition, teachers should first re-integrate the knowledge of this unit, divide it into three levels according to the difficulty of knowledge, and then set different tasks according to the actual situation of students in the class. In English presentation class, we can let students show it in different ways, such as performing the main points of this chapter, role-playing dialogues, explaining and commenting on knowledge points and so on. In the demonstration class, we can be divided into five links, namely "performance, error correction, explanation and comment, expansion and extension, and standard evaluation". In this link, teachers should have strong classroom control ability and strive to keep the classroom alive. In the process of exhibition, teachers should face all students, treat all students equally, avoid cynicism, and create a stage for all students to display their talents so that every student can. In order to realize the harmonious development of teaching and learning, teachers' guidance and students' learning should run through the whole teaching process, and the whole classroom should become a centralized teacher. Or the teacher let himself drift to "herding sheep" teaching. And guide students to actively further expand and extend knowledge points. Third, do a good job in the foundation of feedback class and summarize the unit knowledge system. Feedback test class is a systematic summary of unit knowledge. And the teacher will explain the sexual problems encountered by students in this unit. In the process of intensive reading, teachers strive to do the following: First, the language and content of intensive reading should be refined. Secondly, intensive lectures should be targeted, not comprehensive, and based on students' feedback in the process of self-study, discussion and communication. Third, the intensive reading class should be enlightening. Students should try their best to solve the problems that teachers can solve with proper guidance, give full play to students' learning enthusiasm and cultivate their thinking ability. In addition, teachers should praise the original questions raised by students in the process of discussion and communication, and should not ridicule or satirize naive questions to protect students' enthusiasm for participating in classroom activities. Students are required to finish the exercises in class, so that students can not only digest and consolidate their knowledge, but also directly give feedback to teachers, so that the problems in the exercises can be found, corrected and correctly evaluated in time. When commenting, we should aim at the difficulties of students' learning, adjust the teaching objectives, teaching progress and teaching methods in time according to the practice, and be targeted. In short, under the new curriculum reform, there are still many effective methods in junior high school English classroom teaching. I believe that as teachers, as long as we are willing to use our brains, think hard, carefully design the teaching process, create thinking space, stimulate students' emotions and guide students to learn actively, then our English teaching will certainly achieve twice the result with half the effort.
