We bought the Beijing Normal University version and practiced for 53 days every day. The difficulty is the same as other versions, but the content is slightly different. So there is no good or bad version.

Whether the daily exercise is the People's Education Edition or the Soviet Education Edition depends on the children's textbooks at school. Daily exercises need to be combined with textbooks in order to achieve the purpose of learning and consolidation.
