What do you mean by math one, two, three and four in the math entrance exam? I only studied advanced mathematics!
According to the requirements of different majors for mathematics.

If it is science and engineering, it is natural to require mathematics one. On the count of two, three and four, reduce the content of the exam in turn.

Science and engineering, agriculture and forestry, mathematics 12. Economics and management take math three or four.

Mathematics 1 or 2 is specifically divided into: light industry, textile, food, agriculture and forestry; Chemical engineering, material engineering, environmental engineering, oil and gas engineering, geology and mining engineering can choose mathematics one or two according to the requirements of this major; Other majors (including management science and engineering first-class disciplines awarded engineering degrees) must take math one.

Economics and management take math three or four.

The concrete division of mathematics three and four: what is the three compulsory examinations of mathematics?

1. Applied economics in economics, statistics and quantitative economics in the first-level discipline, and the other two two disciplines and majors;

2. Two two disciplines and majors such as enterprise management, technical economy and management in the first-level discipline of management business administration;

3. First-class discipline of management science and engineering, with a degree in management.

Other majors in economics and management can choose Mathematics III or IV according to their own requirements for mathematics.

Specific professional requirements depend on the enrollment brochures of specific schools.

The biggest difference between the four types of mathematics papers lies in the requirements for knowledge (please refer to the new syllabus): Math I is the most extensive (including advanced mathematics, linear algebra and probability statistics), Math III (less space solution, curve integral, surface integral and physical application than Math I, but with economic application and difference equation), Math IV is slightly lower than Math III, and Math II is the lowest (less series and numbers than Math III).

See the 2009 Postgraduate Entrance Examination Outline for specific requirements (please refer to the 2008 Postgraduate Entrance Examination Outline before the new examination outline comes out).
