Hello everyone!
First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity to report my thoughts and work this semester. I won't decorate it with flowery words, but they can really witness our work for a semester. The statement is as follows:
I. Complete the work in 20xx years
This semester, based on my own post, I set a good position for myself and cooperated with school leaders, grade leaders and teaching and research leaders to carry out teaching work.
In my subconscious, I always thought that I was just an ordinary and ordinary math teacher, with no outstanding exploits and impressive achievements, just quietly working on the fertile soil of X primary school. If there is any goal and direction, it is to strive to be a "good teacher" that students love, parents respect, colleagues trust and leaders rest assured. Based on this positioning of myself, for many years, I have adhered to the guidance of "diligence, thoughtfulness and pragmatism" and walked through every day seriously and pragmatically. So what I recorded in writing today is not the report on my work, but some ideas and practices that I have worked hard for a year.
(A) do a good job in self-construction and improve the cultivation of teachers' morality.
"Love school, love students and love yourself" is my belief for many years. And "being responsible for every student" and establishing a good relationship between teachers and students are my basic principles as a teacher. I use my own practical actions and integrity to infect and influence them, so that they can not only learn knowledge, but also learn to be human. Therefore, I try not to delay students' classes because of other jobs, because I will try my best to make up lessons for my children under special circumstances; I strive to build my own efficient classroom, so that children can learn in happiness. Don't give up every child in the class, and try to make every child like math class. Even children who never raise their hands can speak more actively, and children with low voices dare to express their ideas boldly. I am particularly surprised by their progress!
I try my best to participate in all school activities. I deeply understand the truth that "I will go where I need it". Therefore, in the case of large class capacity, I undertook the task of mathematics teaching in two classes and never slackened off. This kind of work is hard for me, but it is also very profitable. It is a great test for my teaching ability, organizational control ability and will quality. Hard work will always pay off. I believe that in the future, I will be unanimously recognized by students, parents, schools and society.
(two) continuous efforts, pioneering and enterprising, improve the level of business.
At work, I keep pace with the times, often take part in political studies, take notes carefully, and make my thoughts keep pace with the times. Also actively participate in weekly teaching seminars, exchange learning with colleagues, prepare lessons collectively, and participate in heterogeneous teaching activities in the same class. Gather everyone's strengths, make up for their shortcomings, and make their' business level' more perfect.
During this year, I always keep in mind the following three "magic weapons"
1, service consciousness. What is a service? In my opinion, it is to serve students, parents, schools, colleagues around me and society. When students encounter difficulties in their study and life, I do not hesitate to lend a helping hand; When the teachers around me encounter difficulties in teaching, I discuss with them, study together and grow together; When the school organizes teaching seminars, observes teaching and other activities, I actively participate and learn with an open mind. It is precisely because everyone has this sense of service that my students trust and respect me, and it also gives us a strong cohesion as a senior two group.
2. Consciousness of curriculum reform. As a math teacher, I know that I must be highly sensitive to the new curriculum reform, and I must always put the new curriculum concept into practice. So I focus on classroom teaching, rearranging teaching materials, preparing lessons collectively, organizing seminars and so on. And always reflect on whether there are traces of curriculum reform in their classroom teaching. At ordinary times, I also share some information about my training and learning with teachers around me at any time. At the same time, I sum up and reflect on my own practice and experience, and strive to improve the overall level of our mathematics classroom teaching.
3. Quality awareness. In recent years, due to the needs of society and other aspects, the teaching quality has been improved to an unprecedented height. I share weal and woe with the teachers in our second grade group, and Qi Xin worked hard together to prove to you that our efforts were not in vain with facts and strength. During this period, I was both a "participant" and a "waiter". No matter what kind of role it is, I will be happy about it and continue to work hard.

(C) deficiencies and reflection
1, lack of innovative consciousness, blindly seeking stability in teaching work, so lack of pioneering spirit in dealing with many things.
2. Students' personal work arrangements are not detailed enough, and the implementation is not in place.
Because of the complexity of the work, it may be a little impatient to deal with problems in some cases, especially in teaching. Dealing with students a lot, sometimes it may be difficult to control your emotions and have a bad attitude.
4. Learning is not enough, and the level needs to be improved.
In retrospect, my feeling is: I have been running. My harvest is: unity is strength.
Second, 20xx working ideas
Looking forward to the future, I will, as always, serve students and teachers wholeheartedly. Please do the following:
(A) adhere to the combination of educational theory learning and mathematics professional knowledge learning, and constantly improve the professional quality of teachers.
(2) Actively integrate curriculum resources and master the teaching materials of the whole primary school stage.
(3) Continue the practice of classroom teaching, and constantly sharpen yourself in practice, so that your educational and teaching abilities and learning and research abilities can be significantly improved on the original basis, and form your own personalized teaching. For example, the teaching method of revision class in junior grade, the research of space and graphics teaching in junior grade, etc.
(4) The idea of continuing to serve and completing various tasks.
(5) At work, in addition to communicating with school cadres and teachers, we should also strengthen contact with parents, get their maximum cooperation, and gradually train students to become teachers' assistants, which can not only reduce the workload of teachers to a certain extent, but also cultivate students' abilities and sense of responsibility as masters.
