First, rebuild students' self-confidence in mathematics learning.

(1) Mathematics teachers should have high confidence in students' mathematics learning-trust students.

Math teachers should take every opportunity to approach them actively, communicate with them, make friends with them and reduce their fear of math teachers. (2) Building students' self-confidence in learning mathematics in teaching-using modern teaching methods.

Students in secondary vocational schools have poor mathematical foundation. With the help of modern teaching methods such as multimedia system and computer software, abstract mathematical knowledge is displayed intuitively, so that students can understand what they don't understand, thus establishing self-confidence in mathematics learning. In the process of mathematics teaching, the author often uses multimedia equipment to introduce knowledge and create teaching situations. At the same time, according to the specific content of mathematics teaching, the author reproduces the formation process of knowledge such as function image transformation, curve coordinate transformation and cylindrical teaching by using relevant software. Through the intuitive display of software, students can accept and understand it more easily and establish their self-confidence in mathematics learning.

(3) Finish homework and improve students' learning confidence-step by step homework.

The assignment of homework and students' exercises should be done step by step, so that students can work out all the problems, which shows that students have mastered this problem-solving method. If they can finish several problems, it can also show that students can master several steps to solve this problem, so that through practice, every student can have a sense of accomplishment after learning and improve their self-confidence in learning.

Second, strengthen students' basic knowledge of mathematics
