Looking back on my teaching experience for more than ten years, Bada was a turning point in my career, which gave me a platform for growth, gave me the motivation to move forward and gave me the opportunity to enter the district from school. Teacher Dou Guimei's experience tells me that if I want to accelerate my professional growth, I need to take more open classes, so I have the courage to accept the challenge of "Five Ones".
In this activity, what impressed me most was the grinding class. In order to adapt to the mode of class, Mr. Kang, the leader of the teaching and research group, gave us a fifth-grade topic "The Basic Nature of Scores" one afternoon in advance. In view of my lack of senior teaching experience and fear of making a fool of myself, I borrowed the lesson plans of the famous teacher Qian Shouwang, plus my own well-made courseware. However, the effect of trial teaching is not ideal, and there are serious defects in teaching mode, organizing teaching ability and grasping teaching materials, and the imitation show ends in failure. After class, I was severely criticized by Tong Hekang, the authoritative teacher of mathematics in our school, and other teachers also put forward corresponding suggestions. After the trial teaching, I fell into deep pain and confusion and began to reflect on myself: the experience of celebrities may not be suitable for me, and I lack rich teaching experience and the ability to adapt to the classroom. I didn't understand the soul of the lesson plan, just imitating it in a simple way. To change and improve ourselves, we must have a unique view and understanding of the teaching materials and hone them repeatedly in practice teaching.
Time was limited after I got the project, so I adjusted my thinking. First of all, I started with the textbook and fully explored the connotation of the textbook according to the curriculum standards. Then I use my spare time to prepare lesson plans and courseware day and night and revise them repeatedly. What moved me most was that all the teachers of the math group came to the trial teaching in the evening. Although the trial teaching effect is still not ideal, with the help of teachers Kang, He Xiaohong, I made appropriate adjustments to the teaching plan and designed exercises from easy to difficult, which were deepened layer by layer. In addition, Teacher Sun Li helped me carefully consider every link in the courseware. Generally speaking, the whole curriculum design has permeated the wisdom and sweat of all the teachers in the math group.
I think the happiness of the sky is blue, the happiness of the forest is green, and my happiness lies in Bada's warm family. Here, I am not fighting alone, there are so many people around me encouraging me and supporting me! From them, I learned different teaching methods and teaching experience. From them, I really realized how to take students to enjoy the classroom. After this grinding class, I have made a qualitative breakthrough and promotion in my personal career development.
