Work plan of undergraduate teaching rectification after pre-evaluation of automation college

On May 2, 2007, KLOC-0, the school held a feedback meeting on the pre-evaluation and summary of undergraduate teaching in Wuhan University of Technology, and put forward rectification requirements for undergraduate teaching in various colleges of our school. Combined with the actual situation of our hospital, we now formulate the rectification work plan after pre-evaluation in our hospital. All units are requested to seriously implement it.

Part I Organization

Undergraduate teaching evaluation work command group

Part II Safeguard Measures

1. The members of the party and government leading bodies are responsible for the division of labor, and the responsibility lies with people.

2. Further clarify and refine the requirements to ensure the operability of the rectification work.

3. Teachers, teaching and research sections, and colleges should check at three levels, leaving no dead ends.

4. Extensive mobilization, with the participation of all faculty and staff.

5. Combine incentives with accountability to mobilize enthusiasm.

6. The specific responsibilities are as follows:

(1) According to the evaluation index system of undergraduate teaching level, the responsibility should be assigned to people. Clear responsibilities, division of labor and cooperation, the implementation of accountability.

The first person in charge of undergraduate teaching evaluation in Institute of Automation: Yuan and Wang Zhixiu; Fully responsible for the implementation of undergraduate teaching evaluation. The dean of undergraduate teaching supervision has the responsibility of supervision.

The members of the party and government leading bodies in the college are responsible for the division of labor according to the first-level indicators and the second-level indicators of the subject teaching level evaluation index system, and they are leaders. Each office of the college is responsible for the implementation according to the three-level observation point, and the director of the office is the person responsible for the implementation.

The team leader is responsible for organizing and supervising the collection of supporting materials for the evaluation of the third-level observation points. Deploy and supervise the work required to implement the observation point.

The directors and secretaries of each teaching and research section are the first responsible persons for the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level in this teaching and research section. Responsible for arranging and supervising the completion of undergraduate teaching evaluation tasks assigned by the college to the teaching and research section and the laboratory in charge. The teaching director in charge of the teaching and research section and the director in charge of the laboratory have the responsibility of being in charge.

All teachers and experimenters in the college must conscientiously implement the relevant teaching norms and regulations of Wuhan University of Technology and the college and complete all teaching links with high quality. Especially in teaching, teachers guiding experiments, graduation design guidance, etc. Teachers and experimenters who do not conscientiously fulfill the teaching norms or have poor teaching quality and strong student response will be suspended from their teaching tasks for one year.

Teaching documents submitted, reported or required to be saved by all faculty members of the college, including examination papers, curriculum design, practice, experimental reports, experimental logs, etc. , must meet the requirements of schools and colleges. Teachers and staff should be responsible for the problems that arise. Teaching documents that need to be submitted and handed in by collective organizations, such as scattered internship results, shall be the responsibility of the designated personnel of the college or teaching and research section.

All faculty members in our college have the responsibility to complete or cooperate with the undergraduate teaching evaluation arranged by the college and teaching and research section on time. Those who do not obey the work arrangement of the college and teaching and research section can only be rated as unqualified at the end of the year.

Each contact person is responsible for the supervision and implementation of the rectification of undergraduate teaching evaluation of the contacted unit and the collection of materials.

The third part is the main work content.

The first is to further sort out, improve and rectify the teaching documents.

1. According to the requirements of the school regulations, the college further refines and clarifies the work norms and marking norms of examination papers, curriculum design, experimental reports, laboratory log records, internships, etc.

2. Each teaching and research section shall set up a course group according to the course, determine the course leader and members, and be responsible for the future construction of this course. Recently, under the unified arrangement of the team leader, each course group has checked the examination papers, course design and experimental report of this course one by one in strict accordance with the above norms and standards, and implemented rectification to ensure that there are no problems. For course groups with many course files, relevant groups can be set up within the group to carry out inspection and rectification work (such as provincial-level excellent courses on electrotechnics and automatic control principle). The internship report document takes the internship department as the unit, and the teaching director is responsible for organizing teachers to check it. Teacher Duan Qifa is responsible for organizing the inspection of the internship report documents in the rest area.

3. Before the inspection, the college will guide and explain the standardized inspection standards to the group leaders (and related group leaders) who organize the courses.

4. According to the feedback of pre-evaluation, each course group organized teachers to check the analysis of last semester's test paper after the college refined and defined the test paper analysis and writing norms. Analyze the problematic test paper and ask the person in charge to rewrite it.

5. After the course group and each unit complete the inspection and rectification, the college will spot-check some teaching documents. If problems are still found, the responsible person will be informed criticism. Those responsible for serious problems will be dealt with according to the teaching accident handling method of Wuhan University of Technology. The teaching documents provided by teachers are the responsibility of teachers themselves.

6. Each course group shall check whether the teaching documents are complete, especially the students' experimental report documents, according to the list materials provided by the Academic Affairs Office. The whole class experiment report file is lost, and the college will deal with it.

7. The specification of teaching documents in this semester shall be implemented according to this inspection specification. In particular, we should do a good job in the examination, marking and examination paper analysis this semester, and implement a three-level check system for teachers, teaching and research sections (curriculum groups) and colleges. After all the course exams are over and the scores are submitted, organize the inspection.

8. Inspection, rectification work and schedule:

First, on May 24-30, 2007, each teaching and research section determined the curriculum group.

Two. Refine the inspection standards before May 30, 2007, and communicate with the Academic Affairs Office and the Supervision Office to formulate inspection standards.

Three. On June1-June 10, the course group conducted inspection according to the standard. And implement the rectification, and submit a written rectification report to the guidance office.

Four. After the course examination of this semester, the course group will check the teaching documents of this semester according to the standards. And implement the rectification, and submit a written rectification report to the guidance office.

Two, the training plan for 2006 and the teaching syllabus of each teaching link are reviewed and revised again.

2. The syllabus is strictly reviewed and revised by the curriculum group, checked by the director of the teaching and research section, and finally approved by the college.

Third, check the graduation design (thesis) of grade 2007 one by one, focusing on the opinions of instructors, reviewers and defense committees, and the college will clarify the requirements for opinions. Strictly implement the school graduation design specification. Strictly put an end to the phenomenon of identical comments.

1. The college organizes the modification of graduation design template, defense, marking and grading. And organize standardized training. (completed before June 1, and announced after discussion by experts. Organize training for the defense team leader before the defense)

Four, the laboratory should do a good job in laboratory log records, equipment use records and other basic work. The teaching office should make statistics on the record of experimental teaching tasks, the experimental courses of this semester and the comprehensive design experiments of various courses. Each course group organizes discussions on the quality of comprehensive and designed experiments in the syllabus of Grade 06. And check the comprehensive and designed experiments this semester, and submit the comprehensive and designed experiment report to the Academic Affairs Office. Five, a comprehensive clean-up of self-examination practice and writing practice report, clean up the practice teaching materials and related inspection summary materials in the past three years.

Six, teachers' classroom quality monitoring

1. Do a good job in selecting teachers for next semester, especially in the evaluation stage. Each teaching and research section should carefully select teachers with good teaching quality to undertake teaching tasks when arranging teaching tasks for the next semester. The arrangement of teaching tasks must be reported to the college for review, and if necessary, it should be adjusted before being reported to the academic affairs office.

2. After arranging the teaching tasks for the next semester, organize the teachers in the teaching and research section to listen to the teacher's open class and express their opinions to help improve the teaching effect. In particular, the formal evaluation time and class content should be carefully organized.

Seven, carefully organize and carry out electronic design competition training activities, and strive to achieve good results in the 2007 national competition, winning glory for schools and colleges. Open experimental projects should make experimental records such as open laboratory logs, organize students to answer questions as much as possible, and encourage students to write papers. In combination with open laboratory experiments, if students publish academic papers in core journals, the college will pay publishing fees.

Eight, the follow-up work of state-owned assets inventory, including air conditioning inventory, financial management and asset management system, 2007 recipients and equipment account card corresponding relationship replacement. , so as to ensure the equipment account, card, card 100% consistency, and ensure the excellent evaluation index of undergraduate course.

Nine, organize the whole school electrician skills competition. The Electrical Experiment Sub-center of the Electrical and Electronic Experiment Center will come up with a specific implementation plan according to the proposed electrical skill competition plan. Together with the Student Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee of our college, we will do a good job in the electrician skills competition.
