Documents at all levels should be arranged into first-class documents, second-class documents and third-class documents in the order of publication time.

Literature classification:

The first step is to convert the text into a table.

Select the text, click Insert-Table-Text to Table, and set the rows and columns in the pop-up dialog box (the column must be1; Number of lines = number of documents, which is 4 lines in this example; "Text separation position" is "paragraph mark" in this example).

The second step is sorting.

Select the cell just now (the cross symbol in the upper left corner), select the table tool to sort, and set the sorting type as Pinyin:

The third step is to turn the form into words and add the serial number.

Select the table, and then click Convert to Text in the table tool.

Then click "Start"-"Numbers", select "Custom Numbers" and set the format you want.
