3. Lack of experience in training famous teachers, ineffective measures and little effect. 4. A few teachers' subjective consciousness is not strong enough and their initiative is not high. In the past five years, the investment in education in the whole region has exceeded 5.88 billion yuan, including nearly 654.38 billion yuan in newly built and expanded school buildings, and a large number of newly built school buildings have been put into use; The quality of education has improved steadily, and the results of college entrance examination have always been in the forefront of the city. A series of achievements of teachers and students won provincial and national awards; Quality education resources are constantly expanding. The vitality ratio of the whole region reached 5.2: 1, and the rate of multimedia entering ordinary classrooms reached 75%. There are 39 provincial demonstration schools and municipal modern schools. I summed up that there are still five major difficulties in education in our district, and the crux of these difficulties comes down to people-teachers. First, the promotion of quality education is not ideal, and the burden on students and teachers is too heavy. Of course, there is something wrong with the education system, but the teacher's educational philosophy is the key. Second, the phenomenon of school choice is still outstanding, which affects the balanced development of education. In the final analysis, the choice of schools by the masses is the choice of teachers. The unbalanced allocation of teachers, especially the lack of excellent teachers, is an important reason for the phenomenon of choosing schools. Third, the education model is outdated and the education efficiency is not high, and the trained talents can not meet the needs of society in some aspects. Fourth, there is still a lack of effective measures to create characteristic schools and brand schools. There are not many outstanding principals with advanced educational concepts and outstanding educational management capabilities. Fifth, the headmaster and the teacher are unhappy and not dedicated.
At present, the development of education in Yinzhou is standing at a new historical node and in a new development period. In order to seize the new development opportunities in the next few years and take advantage of the situation, Yinzhou education should seize the "human" factor and earnestly strengthen the construction of educational talents. Teachers are the first resource of education and the core element of educational competitiveness; Teachers are the main body of teaching and educating people, and also the main body of promoting the development of schools. The quality and level of teachers directly affect the development of the school. It is our inevitable choice to strengthen the construction of teachers and accelerate the implementation of the project of strengthening teachers, which is the key to further promote the harmonious development of educational science in Yinzhou.

At the same time, listen carefully to their opinions and suggestions on education and school development, further improve the operating mechanism of the famous teacher studio and the young teacher development counseling center, give full play to the exemplary, leading and radiating role of famous teachers in education and teaching, make them feel promising, powerful and qualified in their work, and earnestly make outstanding teachers "do a good job".
