Risk degree is the ratio of the difference between actual loss and expected loss to expected loss. Its mathematical formula is: risk degree = (actual loss-expected loss) ÷ expected loss. The smaller the difference between the actual loss and the expected loss, the smaller the risk. When the dangerous unit increases, the possible difference between the actual loss and the expected loss also increases, but it is proportional to the square root of the increased dangerous unit.

1, the higher the management index n, the larger the shadow area, and the greater the risk that the operator bears. Therefore, it can be called risk coefficient.
