Risk formula r = f (f, c), which word is c?
"C" is the severity of the accident. For details, please refer to page 31line 2 of the Knowledge of Safety Production Management, version 201.

Risk degree is the ratio of the difference between actual loss and expected loss to expected loss. Its mathematical formula is: risk degree = (actual loss-expected loss) ÷ expected loss. The smaller the difference between the actual loss and the expected loss, the smaller the risk. When the dangerous unit increases, the possible difference between the actual loss and the expected loss also increases, but it is proportional to the square root of the increased dangerous unit.

For example, if the collision probability of cars is 1%, there are 10000 cars and 1000 cars suffering losses. But the actual loss is not completely 100 vehicles, which may be more or less than 100 vehicles. ?

According to past experience, the actual loss may be between 80- 120 vehicles, that is, the difference between the actual loss and the expected loss is 20 vehicles, and the risk is 20%. If the number of cars increases by 100 times, according to the loss probability of 1%, 10000 cars will be lost.

But the actual loss is between 9800- 10200, that is, the difference between the actual loss and the expected loss is 200 vehicles, which is exactly the same as the increase multiple of twice the square of the number of vehicles, but the risk after adding vehicles is reduced to 2%. This is because the difference is 200 vehicles, accounting for only 2% of the estimated loss 10000 vehicles. In other words, the number of vehicles increased by 100 times, and the danger decreased by 10 times.

1, the higher the management index n, the larger the shadow area, and the greater the risk that the operator bears. Therefore, it can be called risk coefficient. The shadow area p () corresponding to people, that is, the risk probability taken by the operator, can be simply called the risk table corresponding to the risk coefficient shown in Table 3.

2.β is the ratio of the risk of this investment to the average social risk, which is called the risk coefficient. Regarding the value of risk coefficient β of highway toll management, some scholars have analyzed the profitability and risk of existing toll roads in China, and think that the risk of highway toll management is less than or equal to the average social risk β within the range of 0.9 ~ 1.0.

3. The risk value obtained through the understanding, estimation and evaluation of risk is called risk coefficient. The calculation formula is: risk coefficient = total geological exploration cost of all projects-1 (3) depreciation coefficient (ε).

4. If P {R>R design }= 1-α, it is said that the required reliability R design is guaranteed at the confidence level of (1-α) 100%, and α is called the risk coefficient, which is equivalent to the required unilateral confidence lower limit of reliability, that is, RL=R design. Designers are most interested in ensuring products.
