According to the regulations, students should return to Tibet for employment in principle after graduation. The enrollment plan for Tibetan classes in the Mainland is a proposal of enrollment demand plan based on graduates' situation and local needs, which was issued to colleges and universities after being audited by the Ministry of Education.

According to the suggestions put forward by Tibet and Xinjiang, the relevant universities are responsible for compiling the enrollment source plan for ordinary universities in the mainland to recruit Tibetan classes. The Ministry of Education (Department of Ethnic Education) is responsible for soliciting the opinions of the education departments (education committees) of relevant provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the education departments (bureaus) of relevant departments (units) and subordinate universities, and distributing them separately after summarizing them, which shall be followed by all localities, departments and universities.

The results of junior high school classes in Tibet, the Mainland and People's Republic of China (PRC) have been released one after another.
