You can print symbols of square meters and cubic meters by the following steps (taking word as an example):

1. Double-click to open the word document.

2. Click Insert in the menu bar at the top of the document, find Symbol Options, and then click Open.

3. At this point, the document will pop up a dialog box. You can find the mathematical symbols of "cubic meter" and "square meter" in the symbols below, and click Insert.
