I. Preparatory work
According to the work plans of Pudong New Area, Four Education Offices and schools, under the direct leadership and personal guidance of President Shen, Director Huang and the Guidance Office, and with the help of the leaders and teachers of the relevant departments of Pudong South Road Primary School, all the teachers in our math group actively participated and prepared. According to the teaching plan and teaching progress, we first discussed and determined the teaching content of the demonstration class in the group, and discussed all aspects of the teaching design. The teaching teacher wrote the first draft and tried it out. After class, each teacher expressed his opinions, offered suggestions and gave lectures. The leader of the teaching and research group personally checks and accepts all aspects of teaching design one by one, and even the teaching attitude and blackboard writing strive to meet the ideal requirements.
Second, the implementation process
Throughout the implementation of the demonstration class, school leaders always care about the progress of the demonstration class activities, understand the problems that need to be solved, help solve them, and invite teachers from Pudong South Road Primary School, a "twinning" school, to personally guide them. The two teaching teachers worked tirelessly at school during the day, using their spare time, evening time, and even sacrificing weekend breaks to revise teaching plans, collect teaching materials, and make courseware. Mr. Hu Hui has been undertaking the task of demonstrating teaching to foreign countries. He has just finished the open class task of visiting the inspection team of "Training Course for Reserve Cadres in Private Schools in Pudong New Area", and immediately devoted himself to the preparation of this demonstration class, redoubling his efforts, but never had a complaint. In order to pursue high-quality teaching design, the teaching plan of Equation has been revised several times, and finally the teaching plan has reached a higher level, which has been well received by the instructors of Pudong South Road Primary School. The teacher of the brother school who came to watch the demonstration class also spoke highly of it.
Teacher Wu's teaching design of "Corner and Right Angle" is even better, and has been carefully revised many times. Even the position of the title and the size of the font should be carefully considered to be perfect. Mr. Wu also carefully studied the teaching materials and skillfully designed the teaching procedures according to the students' situation in this class, which fully mobilized the students' learning enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge and achieved the teaching objectives brilliantly.
Under the personal participation and guidance of school leaders, through the careful preparation of two teachers and the joint efforts of all the teachers in the math group, the teaching demonstration of math class has been successful.
Hard work has yielded fruitful results:
First, in the process of preparing lessons for the demonstration class, the teachers have enriched their knowledge and improved their ability to control teaching materials, implement classroom teaching and classroom management. Accumulated teaching experience and consolidated the basic teaching skills.
Second, in front of many teaching experts from "twinning" schools and brother schools, the first-line math teachers of Lubinghua Primary School were shown and highly praised. The two teachers got comprehensive evaluation scores of 965,438+0.8 and 965,438+0.4 respectively.
Third, reflection.
Due to the constraints of subjective and objective factors such as teachers' status and teaching environment, it is difficult for teachers in our school to get formal training and further study opportunities. Therefore, the improvement of professional ability and the study of new teaching skills mainly depend on self-study. This is beyond the reach of public schools. However, with the attention, efforts and strong support of school leaders, the care of superior leaders and the selfless help of brother schools, our school has enriched the contents of school-based training by using the "teaching demonstration" platform and explored a "fast track" to improve teachers' comprehensive quality and professional level based on their own conditions. Through the teaching exhibition, the mathematics group takes "passing, helping and bringing" as the link, combines the old and the new, learns from each other's strong points, and adopts the way of "please come in and shine" to integrate and utilize all available teaching resources, so that a group of young teachers can exercise and grow in the teaching exhibition activities and undertake the teaching exhibition tasks at home and abroad. Find an ideal shortcut to improve the overall quality of teachers in our school.
Our math group made its due contribution in this activity, and also got rich returns from it, which improved the teaching and research ability of the teaching and research group. In the future, our group will make persistent efforts and keep innovating.
