It is found that first-tier cities are taught by accurate evaluation system. Is this accuracy useful?
It is very helpful for designing teaching plans. In our school, a math teacher has at least two junior high school classes, writing lesson plans, correcting homework and patrolling classes. If you let him be the head teacher again, he will be a little busy, so it is really difficult to grasp the students' understanding of chapter knowledge. Even if there is an exam, it is mainly reflected in the big questions. After the explanation, the improvement of students' grades is still not obvious. However, this accurate evaluation system can help me understand the students' mastery of knowledge. When designing teaching plans, we can be more detailed, introduce various types of questions, increase the frequency of explanation, and cooperate with students' private wrong exercises. The students have made great progress and will continue to support them.
