Khan Academy is an educational non-profit organization founded by Bangladeshi American salman khan. Its main purpose is to use online movies for free teaching. At present, there are more than 2,000 teaching films on mathematics, history, finance, physics, chemistry, biology and astronomy. Its mission is to speed up the learning of students of all ages.
Khan Academy has collected more than 3,500 teaching videos of Khan teachers through the online library, providing free high-quality education for people all over the world. The project started with an online video course taught by Professor salman khan to relatives' children, and quickly spread everywhere, from home to school, and even "flipped the classroom", which is considered as the dawn of "future education".
The full name of the founder, Mr Khan, is salman khan, originally from Bangladesh. He studied at MIT, majoring in mathematics, electronics and computer engineering. After work, he took an MBA course at Harvard. Khan taught all courses from mathematics, physics, chemistry to financial management, but he never appeared in front of the camera.
