The main achievements of scientific research are summarized. In 1960s and 1970s, the observability and state estimation without initial value of stochastic systems were studied, and the optimal stochastic singular control was given. Since 1980s, people began to study system identification, adaptive control and stochastic approximation. In the identification, the convergence speed of common identification algorithms and the parameters of closed-loop control system are given. In adaptive control, the disturbance method is used to make the parameter estimation close to the real value, and the performance index is close to or optimal. In the aspect of random approximation, the variable limit censoring algorithm is proposed, and the deterministic direct analysis method is introduced, which removes the restrictions on the regression function, minimizes the noise requirements, and greatly broadens the application scope of random approximation, and has been successfully applied to random adaptive stabilization control, large-scale optimization, discrete event dynamic systems and other fields.
