What do you usually take in the first-year entrance exam?
The basic exam for freshmen generally takes math and English subjects. There are also some schools that take math, Chinese and English exams.

Math subjects: Most schools are still dominated by primary schools, but it is more difficult (not as simple as the final exam of primary schools, nor as difficult as testing talents and saving experiments).

For example, fractional percentage application problems, travel problems, engineering problems, solving application problems with equations, elementary arithmetic and simple calculation. A few schools will examine simple number axis, absolute value, simple rational number calculation and so on.

English subject: Generally speaking, the content of Oxford English 7A is examined. Of course, junior high school teachers will grade the papers for freshmen. For subjects such as English and Chinese, the scale of marking papers by primary and junior high school teachers is very different.

In primary school, many times the answers to reading questions are close to the standard answers, and if the differences in meaning are not too big, they will be graded. In junior high school, the grading standard is quantitative. Far from it! For example, if an English word lacks an "s" or a small "'",it will be deducted.

Extended data

There are seven subjects in Senior One, namely Chinese, Mathematics, English, History, Politics, Geography and Biology. The results of each subject are as follows:

Language 120 points

Math 120

English 120 points

History 100 integral

Politics 100

Geography 100 points

Biology 100 points

The first grade scored 760 points. Of course, the scores of various subjects in each region may be different, but they are generally within ten points. Each of the seven subjects is very important. If you want to be admitted to a good university, then all subjects should develop in a balanced way, and you can't be partial.
