Last time I arranged a theme wall in my class, I found that some children in my class could not tell the difference between a circle, a triangle and a square. In order to let children distinguish the shape characteristics of the three, this teaching activity is designed.

Activities to be prepared
Projector, oil pastel, six small baskets, several cardboard scissors for circles, triangles and squares (one set for each person), a big picture, a triangle and a square.
Activity process
First, the beginning part:
Please three children stand up and hang a picture on their chests to play with the graphic baby (lead: Look, children, there are three graphic babies in our class today. Let's see who it is. )
Second, the basic part:
1, ask three children to play with the graphic baby. Let the children observe the square baby first and ask, "Do you know what this graphic baby is? What are the characteristics? What color clothes are you wearing? "
Guide the children to say that it is a square baby with four sides and four corners. The four sides are the same length, and they are all dressed in blue.
Please name baby triangle and baby round in turn, and tell their characteristics respectively (baby triangle has three sides, baby triangle wears red clothes, and baby round wears yellow clothes).
2. Show a small basket filled with small figures, and let the children listen to the teacher's instructions. (Lead: Look, children, the graphic babies are all hidden now. Let's go find them now, shall we? )
Ask the children to find the graphic babies from the basket in turn. The teacher will guide the children to find the graphics, and then guide them to hide the graphics baby.
Teacher's summary: Square baby wears blue, triangle baby wears red and round baby wears yellow.
3. Show the projector and the operation card and tell the children that the graphic baby wants to play hide-and-seek with us now. They are hidden in other graphic treasures, and we find them with our fingers. The teacher uses the projector to find the graphic baby with the children.
4, children's operation:

Show the oil pastel. The teacher guides the triangle baby to wear red clothes, the square baby to wear blue clothes and the round baby to wear yellow clothes.
Third, the last part:
1, children appreciate each other's works and see who dresses the graphic baby neatly.
