How was Hua Yan Jing introduced to China? In fact, Hua Yan Jing was not introduced to China once, but spread in three times. The first time was the Eastern Jin Dynasty, with 36,000 Sanskrit poems, only one third of the original works. It was obtained by Hui Yuan disciple Zhi Faling from Khotan and later translated in China. It is also called Old Translation of Hua Yan, or Sixty Hua Yan, because there are only sixty volumes. The second time was in the Tang Dynasty, when Wu Zetian was emperor. Wu Zetian changed her name to Zhou, so this classic was translated in her hand, and the opening poem was written by her, so it was also called Da. In the second translation, Siksananda came to China from India with Hua Yan Jing. There were 45,000 likes this time, 9,000 more than the first time, almost half. It's100000 praise, and the domestic translation is 45000 praise, with the amount of * * * 80, which is also called the new translation Hua Yan, or 80 Hua Yan. The last time was in the Tang Dezong era during Zhenyuan period of Tang Dynasty. When I presented a gift to King Wu Da of Nantianzhu, I got the last product of Huayan Sutra, which was Pu Xian's wish. Translated, a * * * has forty volumes, so it is called forty Hua Yan, and Pu Xian's wish is the most complete one. Therefore, China's three translations, excluding the repeated parts, almost reached half of the original Hua Yan Jing. Especially rare is the last product, which is also a very important fifty-three ginseng. It can be said that the book spread to China, which is very rare.
How powerful is the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva who went to the Dragon Palace to get the Huayan Sutra? We all know that the Huayan Sutra was originally spread to the world from the Dragon Palace by the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva. Then why is the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva so powerful? What skills do you have? With gratitude, let's remember the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva together.
Dragon Tree Bodhisattva was born in South Tianzhu about 600 years after the extinction of the Buddha, belonging to the Brahmin caste. Because he was born under a tree at that time, he was named Azhou Tuona, which is a tree, and because Bodhisattva became a Taoist because of dragons, he was named Dragon, which is collectively called Dragon Tree. According to the records of Zen history, the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva is the 14th ancestor of Fufazang, and is praised as the second Buddha by the world. Dragon Tree Bodhisattva is talented. When she was very young, she listened to the Brahmins recite the Vedic classics, and she could recite them all at once. When he grew up, he learned almost all kinds of knowledge, such as astronomy, geography, mathematics, engineering, martial arts, Brahmanism, Taoism and so on. He was proficient in everything and had a strong understanding, so he became famous all over the country when he was young. Once, he and three friends learned to be invisible from a warlock. The warlock didn't want to teach them at first, but gave them stealth medicine. As a result, the dragon tree smelled the pill and said to the warlock, you used 70 kinds of medicines to synthesize it. He also said the names and weights of various medicinal materials, which is correct. The warlock sighed and said to the dragon tree, people like you are really rare in a hundred years, and it is rare to hear your name. Besides, since you and I are predestined friends, my humble magic is nothing to be stingy with, so I gave the invisible mystery. However, after Dragon Tree and three friends learned invisibility, they went to the palace to do bad things. As a result, the king found someone to crack their invisibility. Three friends were hacked to death by the imperial army, and only Dragon Tree was spared. Dragon tree escaped from the palace, learned from a bitter experience, repented of his mistakes and decided to become a monk. After becoming a monk, he recited the classics hidden in the Beaver Tower for 90 days, and then went out to study. When an old monk gave him Mahayana classics, he finally read all the classics he could see in Jambu-Di^pa. He felt that what Sakyamuni Buddha said was not satisfactory and became arrogant. At this time, the Dragon Bodhisattva took him into the sea to the Dragon Palace, where the scriptures were boundless and could not be read at all. Dragon Tree Bodhisattva lived in it for more than 90 days, and he gained a lot from it. It is also because of the Dragon Palace that the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva had a chance to see the Huayan Sutra, so he carried it in his heart and could teach it.
After leaving the Dragon Palace, the Dragon Tree Bodhisattva followed her fate. She fought against heretics for many times, led heretics into Buddhism, and made many works, which are rare in the world, so she has the reputation of being a teacher of a thousand schools. Among them, Ode to China, Theory of Great Wisdom and Ten Living in Pishamen Heaven are her important masterpieces, and Ten Living in Pishamen Heaven is an explanation of Huayan Sutra.
